Fantastic experience: Jared Potter and Glenda Feeken were able to help me find the perfect house for me on the Kenai Peninsula. Jared Potter in particular took me to all of the showings, both in person and virtual showings when I was no longer in Alaska but still looking for a home. I came into their office looking for a rental and even though they didn't deal in rentals they wouldn't let me leave until I had a long list of contacts and numbers to call. Fantastic experience: Glenda is the greatest. She's been there for my family for many decades now, spanning three properties all the way back to the 90s (long before google reviews). Certainly there are many good realtors in the area, but for me Glenda is the total package-- straightforward, genuine, has the wisdom and relationships needed to be great at her profession that you can only have from doing business in the community for so many years. She helped my father sell one property, buy another, and now has been such a support to me selling my childhood home through an estate settlement. Glenda is the real deal.

It was my 1st home purchase (as a single woman in a new state) and I felt I could trust him and his recommendations and suggestions and he was very easy to work with. If you would like a realtor that isn't pushy, knows the area as well as what its like to move here from another state, Jared is your man. It really surprised me since the brokerage has mostly quite good reviews. I'm guessing Glenda has a good game face if you fit into what she wants, but if not then lookout. Taking my business to another broker!

Fantastic experience: Jared guided my husband and I through the entire house-buying process. We’re first-time homebuyers, and we’re so glad we went with Jared and the RE/MAX team. We relied on Jared to know the ins and outs of the process, since we weren’t familiar with any of it. He had really good recommendations for a local lender, a good home inspector, and a good title company. Negative experience: I was not happy when the Remax real estate agent came to my home that I was running and informed me that the owner was selling it. Not a good way to find out you're going to have to move maybe. She did a good job selling the house very cheaply quickly but I would never use her. Glinda is not professional nor very friendly.

Fantastic experience: When we were ready to sell our home, we looked to Glenda as a realtor due to her experience buying and selling on the Peninsula. We were impressed with her knowledge and expertise of the market. Glenda, Jared, and Kraig immediately went to work on listing our house and we received an offer within only a few days. Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS AGENT. She hung up on me before I could tell her that we were listing the house with an agent; when she received the contact form from a website, it was from me testing the site to see what would happen if I checked the box to contact the owner (me) directly. When she found out I was the owner and it is a FSBO right now, before hearing me say I might be looking for an agent, she chose instead TO HANG UP ON ME. I called her back; she was dismissive and weird. I would not recommend this agent, not ever. She is unprofessional and just plain rude.

Fantastic experience: Life is always fascinating. Found myself involved in a situation where I was requested to sell property, including our house. It was not an amicable situation to be involved in selling a home. Glenda was great as she used common sense, reason, and her experience to come to a fair market price and eventually sell the house. Fantastic experience: We moved to Kenai/Soldotna in February, 2013 and didn't know where to start looking for our perfect home. We knew we wanted a log cabin but little else. Glenda showed us all areas in Kenai, Soldotna, Nikiski, etc. She took the time to drive my husband and I through various places in the area, as if we were sight-seeing....something you'd only expect a friend to do if you were visiting, not your real estate agent. She also took us through some of the downtown Kenai just to show us old town. As far as we are concerned, Glenda will go above and beyond her "agent" responsibilities to make sure you feel welcomed to the area plus she will help you find that perfect home. She is a no-nonsense agent that gets it done. When we were waiting and hoping for answers on buying our house, she would get on the phone with the seller's agent and get our questions answered, pronto.
