Negative experience: Where do I begin. The worst hone buying experience I've ever had. So this is our 2 home we've sold since I been married. So I know how the process works. For the most part. She is greedy to get a slae she doesn't care how she gets it. Or who she pisses off. Not to mention how trashy she is. She lost my family 15k because the buyer happen to be her frined happened to be her good friend. She advised me r that I was doing the right thing. All while making money for her friend.

The next step was to sell my home and again I trusted Kyle and his team. He told me what to expect and was very professional in guiding me in what improvements would help me get a great selling price. He was spot on and I sold in less than a week for $900 less than asking. It was a great experience and he took the stress out of it for me!
