Negative experience: a company that fully bulldozes lots and leaves them empty for years. not only just destroying wildlife! but the natural shade, privacy and character that large trees provide for your home… everytime i see their sign on a lot i just laugh and then sigh, every lot is atrocious. they could’ve kept maybe 10 trees to frame the property lines, keep privacy nice and even charge more but no! these folks don’t care about you or your neighbors best interest because it’s just profit to them and it’s sad and pathetic. and the reason erosion will eventually ruin this place!! if you want a property with character skip these folks! buy and sell privately!!
