Fantastic experience: We recently sold our home on Desert Wind Dr. with Chad from Elite. We have used him many times buying and selling properties in Mission Royale. Once again, we had an excellent experience with Chad and the staff at Elite. He ALWAYS returned my calls/texts in a very timely manner and has given us excellent advice. Many years ago, we tried selling a house without a realtor. When spring came and we were going back to Wisconsin, someone recommended Chad, so we listed with him. In a matter of weeks, he sold our house. We had another house that he sold for us, and the people who bought it also used him when they sold their house. He is easy to work with and he listens. I’m glad we found Chad. He will always be OUR realtor!

Negative experience: We rented this property for 4 months (Dec. - April 2023). The property manager was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is located next to an extremely busy and noisy vehicle artery in Casa Grande. The home is very dated and, with the exception of the master bed, the house is poorly furnished. We noted, prior to renting, that there was a Weber BBQ on the deck. However, it was not noted that it was charcoal. It is our opinion that the home was not worth the rent asked, which is likely why they want an egregious lease agreement signed prior to arrival. We highly recommend viewing the property prior to committing to a lease.

Fantastic experience: When it was time for me to find a real estate person to carry me through the process of selling my home I studied the listings and sales statistics of my local market via the ease of the internet. That brought me to Elite Real Estate Pros and Chad Crimmins. My efforts turned out to be rewarding. Chad Crimmins and Patricia Schilling met with me and laid out the information to present and price my home in a fast changing market. That information and presentation led to a rapid sale on the top bar of a rising market at the time. I decided to keep the house for a while as a winter vacation spot for my mother to escape the cold in the Pacific Northwest. As an out of state owner, I knew the time would eventually come to sell the house. When that time arrived, ERSP managed the entire process and even helped me find a company to manage an estate sale for the furnishings that would not convey. We got a full price offer within a week of listing so I know we were priced right for the market. In addition, they were able to place us into a rental home on short notice so that we had a place to live while our new home was being constructed. Negative experience: They put out access notices on the tenant doors' each month to do an inspection. Not sure what they're inspecting for because none of the units are up to code nor have they taken any initiative to get them that way.
