Negative experience: I was given incorrect information while inquiring about land for sale. I was told over the phone would swinford realty would take offers after the weekend and said piece of property. So I drove 10 hours round-trip to look at property I called to make my offer only to be told property was already under contract. When I talk to the broker Gabe Swinford he was very rude and unprofessional on the phone to me.

I didn’t know how to go about the next steps. He was so kind and helpful. Long story a bit longer, they accepted my offer!! Within a day or two I met with Gabe and Geoffrey about listing with Swinford. It was amazing! I left it all in their hands. Geoffrey wrote the description, he captured all its beauty, in words and pictures. It was listed on a Friday. They showed it to many people on Saturday. By that Monday they had 4 offers.
