Fantastic experience: If Dan and Darci can’t find you a house, they will literally sell you their own. Well, maybe that will never happen again, but that is exactly what happened with us back in 2020.We were having a very difficult time securing a home toward the end of the pandemic. Our other house was already under agreement and we were starting to worry. Someone that knows Dan & Darci jokingly said to us “don’t worry they are so nice- if you can’t find a house, they will probably let you stay with them”. Well, they did one better than that. They sold us their house – yes the house they were actually living in. It happened to be exactly what we were looking for and it just worked for everyone. Fantastic experience: We met with Dan Gervais the year before we actually listed our house for sale. We have bought and sold several houses over many years, so we have a lot of experience with what can go wrong. We interviewed a few people, but Dan impressed us with his level of experience and his positive frame of mind. We knew this could be a tricky process, because this was the first time we would be selling a house using a 1031 exchange. Dan was very familiar with the process, and as it turned out he is a trainer for other realtors in the many complexities of buying and selling homes. We weren't sure as to when we would list, and he was patient with us during this time. He kept us informed as to the septic requirements with Title 5, and he helped to oversee the entire process of upgrading our system several months before we put the house on the market. We relied on him to meet with the inspectors and the workers, as we live out of state. When we decided to list this spring, he and Darci were thorough in every detail. The house was priced appropriately, the better than full price offer arrived within a day of the first open house, and the closing went seamlessly. Dan connected us with a great lawyer who handled the closing and the details of the 1031. He connected us with our movers, who were excellent, and Darci helped iron out last minute problems occurring when the buyer wanted some additional things removed from the house. Dan and Darci are top rate, hard working people who know and have connections with other top rate people. We could not have been more pleased. On top of that, we feel as if we have made friends and hope to see them in the future. They are really nice people who are wonderful to be around. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: There is very little I can say about Dan and Darcy that you don’t already realize the first moment you meet them. They care and know how important buying a home is to you and you feel it. From the moment I reached out I was full of nerves and Dan eased my worries. He worked around my crazy ideas and settled my nerves. Darcy answered every question and both of them thought 10 steps ahead of where I was or thought I knew. Fantastic experience: It was an excellent experience working with Dan and Darci to sell my late father's home of 30 years. I live about 2 hours away from that property, and both of them saved me a lot of travel time by taking care of details such as hiring landscapers to spruce up the yard, cleaners to make the interior spotless, and staging the furniture.
