Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the way our real estate transaction turned out. I used Steve to list my house in Bushkill. We agreed to a commission percentage and signed an agreement, which was to remain in effect through 12/31/26. An offer was made on my house. The sales contract had the commission rate 1% over the agreed upon commission. I never rec'd a phone call, text, email, etc to discuss this. It was just snuck into the contract and cost me money. When I brought this to Steve's attention, he chose to not do anything about it. Very disappointed and upset with how this was handled and he did not even try to rectify the situation.

Fantastic experience: Steve was incredible to work with. To say that he goes above and beyond is an understatement! We sold our family vacation home that we had for 40 years. It was an emotional time as we are dealing with my father's sickness. Steve was always available to answer a call and to facilitate things far beyond the scope of just being your "realtor." This was a bad situation (estate sale) that was made tolerable because of the effort that Steve and his team put forward. During one of the worst times for our family Saw Creek stayed course and went out of their way to get things done. They had access to a number of services that we needed to sell the home. We had multiple offers fall through and their was never a hint of annoyance by the team. They stayed positive and saw the sale through from start to finish. There isn't a single negative thing that I could say about how they handled our situation. I highly recommend them.
