Fantastic experience: I called Brady Jenkins to list my home when I was relocating. I purchased this 1864 two story brick in 2018, and it needed extensive repairs and critical updates which I had completed along with many other improvements. When I was ready to sell in 2025, Brady evaluated the home and property and found realistic comps to get me the best listing price for all my improvements in the home and barns, while hoping for a quick sale. His expertise in knowing what was important to get my home ready for sale, and what not to worry about was invaluable; as well as and most importantly, his experience in knowing the buyer's market for a historic home like mine. We listed May 8 and had a contract by May 10! I was able to move to my new home already purchased, without the stress of having an unsold home left behind to maintain and worry about sitting empty. On a personal level, Brady is kind, honest, he listens to concerns, he's considerate of how clients feel and does his best to make everyone happy. He is busy yet always, ALWAYS gets back to you very quickly and answers calls and texts. And I mean.... after it's listed, after it's in contract, waiting for closing, after closing.... He accommodated my schedule, came out on New Years Day, had my appraisal to me by the end of the day, was completely up front about his opinion and expectations, and didn’t even charge me for this even after asking what I owed. He was extremely professional and encouraging about why I needed the appraisal. Highly, highly recommend for any real estate need.
