Both of my parents are deceased and left me and my siblings with two homes in the Laurel area. After researching several realtor companies, Lee Boyette was selected to sell the first childhood home. Although we lived in different states, Lee was able to initiate and complete the process competently and expeditiously! My siblings and I were quick recipients of the sale proceeds and without any challenges! A few years later, we decided it was time to sell the other home and contacted Lee Boyette once again to represent us in this task. Lee immediately met with us and guided us through the steps needed to prepare the property for sale. As soon as the property went on the market, we were offered a contract within a few days, but the potential buyer's contract was not fulfilled so the property went back on the market. Within a few weeks, a second potential buyer offered us a contract, but it also became void, so the property went back on the market again! However, it was immediately contracted by a third buyer and this time was the "real deal"! Throughout all of the contract and no contract status changes, Lee maintained his composure, applied his professional knowledge, expertise, and skills and frequently communicated with us to keep us abreast of the situation(s). He navigated us through the challenges and we are so very thankful because at the end of the day, Lee was instrumental in making sure my siblings and I were each recipients of the sales proceeds even though we lived in different states.
