Fantastic experience: I walked into Homes by Darcy completely unsure of the process of selling our home. Christi was the first face I saw when I opened the door. She immediately jumped up and was ready to get to work. She did an amazing job explaining the process and by that Thursday the house was listed. She was very communicative and kept us apprised of everything going on. Trusting her was easy and once we opened up about our situation and what we were needing she was on top of it. Our house was on the market for three days before it went under contract. She advocated for us every step of the way and she never thought we were crazy for the counters we came up with or the questions we asked. Negative experience: I was a first time home buyer, I felt that I was not listened to from the very beginning, and I felt I was not taken seriously. I asked to work with someone else in their business only for my call to be missed on the day the call was to take place. I ultimately went with someone else due to the lack of listening and care. (and before you go at me for my review, if you are going to run a business expect to have reviews on it).

Negative experience: POOR communication! After a nightmare purchase from a client of Darcy’s she has failed to even attempt to make things right, communicate with our buyers agent or even call back as requested. She hasn’t tried to facilitate any type of resolution after the house was left filthy, full of thrash and flies. Not to mention items were removed from the property that were to stay. Seems once she has the money the job is done. 500k and 2 weeks later we can finally live in the house! I wouldn’t use this lady for ANYTHiNG!

Negative experience: Very shady and dishonest! Little to no contact. Had to find out from the homeowner of the house we put an offer on that someone else made an offer and it was accepted. Very unprofessional.

After moving here and seeing everything she does for the community and all the effort she puts into making things better for the entire town, we consider her a small town superhero. If she isn't raising money for a not for profit, she is gathering supplies for a charity, or just giving back to her customers in a hundred different little ways. We are lucky to have her and her wonderful little business here!
