Fantastic experience: Wow! If there was a score greater than a 10, I would choose it! Ann is the best real estate agent ever -- she is caring, knowledgeable, professional, always keeps you updated, willing to answer your questions day or night (and even during weekends!), AND, in my case, all from thousands of miles away!!! I met Ann in July when I wanted to look at a couple of homes while I was in the area and since then, she helped me navigate the perplexing world of real estate to select and finance the perfect home! I consider her not only my friend but also part of my "family!" She truly has gone above and beyond the call of duty, working with the other realtor and the sellers, working tirelessly to make sure that all the "T's" were crossed and the "I's" were dotted. Please consider Ann when looking for a new home -- I'm sure you'll be as happy as I am with her!

Fantastic experience: Ann Ruhlig and her team at Real Estate One are absolutely amazing. As a first time buyer, the entire process was extremely taxing and had many setbacks, none of which were in my or Ann’s control. Ann was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions promptly. From beginning to end, she was there for me working diligently to help overcome the many obstacles that came about and ultimately got me to closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Debbie Bourdon is an outstanding realtor! We are so glad that we worked with her to find our home. The process is so stressful with all of the competition, and then once the ball starts rolling on an offer there are a lot of elements that need to be organized and completed in the right timeframe. Everything went off without a hitch, and through the entire process Debbie was available dang near 24 hours a day, answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to sort out any hiccups along the way. We hope this is our forever home, but if we're ever in the market again Debbie will be the first person that we call! The closing process at Real Estate One was really a piece of cake. Our meeting took about half an hour to go through all of the signatures in a very nice and private office. Shoutout to Debbie's daughter Brittney who met with us many times for showings and guided us through the final closing process. Thank you Debbie, Brittney and Real Estate One for making this process painless and simple!
