Fantastic experience: After my sister recommended Jessica of Bayside to Seaside Realty, I reached out to her about possibly selling a lot on the Bay. It was a difficult decision to me as I inherited it from my late mother, and I have so many fond memories there as a child. What most impressed me about Jessica is that she "gets" people. She had a great deal of empathy for me and my situation. Kind and understanding every step of the way, Jessica made me feel more important than "just another sale." Speaking of sales, however, Jessica brought me two very good offers within a week! Lo and behold, we had reached agreement and contracted to sell my property in 23 DAYS!!! She is professional and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns; I honestly can't say enough nice things about Jessica and Bayside to Seaside Realty. Suffice it to say that I WILL DEFINITELY take advantage of their talents and acumen when I decide to re-invest in the area. I suggest that you do yourself a favor when looking for a realtor or firm and contact Jessica at Bayside to Seaside! Thanks so much for all your help!
