Fantastic experience: I've bought and sold 5 properties over the past 20 years and Elizabeth has been by far the best agent I've ever worked with. She came prepared to it first meeting with comps and her thoughts about the value of my house. She walked the house thoroughly and did not rush anything. When I started getting offers, she walked me through all of the possible ways we could respond. She also connected me with an electrician to do some work prior to the sale. She's realistic, a good negotiator, and a kind, understanding person. I wish I had met her when I bought my first house so that she could've been with me for every sale and purchase.

Fantastic experience: Elizabeth listed my property recently, which was during a difficult time, market wise. I had previously listed it with another agent who just let it sit on the market & never advised me to lower the price. I sat down with Elizabeth and we went through current market prices. I listened to her advice and we listed it at the right price. We had people interested in and/or looking at it almost every day and it sold within 6-8 weeks I believe. She's honest & forthright. I call her a bulldog because she knows what she's doing, she jumps on all leads, and she doesn't rest until your property is sold. I've also used her to buy the house I'm in now, and that was also a quick, smooth process. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak more highly of Liz and the entire team she has put together. I was a first-time seller and had soooo much anxiety about the process. I asked for agent recommendations on a local Facebook group, and Liz was one of the most frequently mentioned. She was one of six agents I asked to interview.
