Fantastic experience: Jamie was patient, helping me find the perfect home for me. He took care of all the details and helped me with a few things needed after closing. Highly recommend him.
Thank you so much, Eugena, for your kind review! It was truly a pleasure helping you find the right home in Greeley and making your move back to the area a smooth experience.
I know finding the perfect home can take time, and I’m grateful you trusted me to be patient and thorough throughout the process. My goal is always to make buying a home as stress-free as possible by handling the details, communicating throughout the transaction, and making sure my clients feel supported from the first showing all the way through closing—and even afterward when something comes up.
Welcome back to Greeley! I’m so happy we were able to find a home that was the right fit for you, and I truly appreciate your recommendation. If you, your friends, or your family ever need a Realtor to help buy or sell a home in Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Evans, Severance, or anywhere in Northern Colorado, I’d be honored to help.

Fantastic experience: I have NEVER encountered an agent who went above and beyond and was present throughout the entire home process like my mother and I experienced. I helped my 83 year old mother buy a home after relocating from out of state to be closer to family. Jamie Eklund routinely checked on my mother, explained everything in the simplest of details, personally reached out to certain contacts to help the process run smoothly, and without exception went out of his way to help her through an emotional life change. I cannot express my thanks enough and recommend him to anyone who wants a positive experience in home buying and/or selling. Tina S
Thank you so much, Tina, for taking the time to share such a meaningful review. Your words truly mean a lot to me. It was an absolute honor to help your mom, Patricia, purchase her new home in Loveland and to be there for both of you throughout such an important life transition.
Helping someone relocate from out of state and purchase a home is a big responsibility, and I knew how important it was to make sure Patricia felt comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the entire process. My goal was to take the stress out of the home-buying process, explain each step clearly, and make sure she always had someone she could count on.
I'm especially grateful that you recognized the personal side of what we do. Buying or selling a home isn't just a transaction—it's often connected to major changes and important moments in people's lives. Being able to help Patricia find the right home in Loveland and make her transition closer to family a little easier was truly rewarding.
Thank you again for trusting me, Tina, and for allowing Jamie Eklund to be part of this special chapter for your family. I sincerely appreciate your recommendation. If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell a home in Loveland, Greeley, Windsor, or anywhere in Northern Colorado, I would be honored to help.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jamie and the team at P23 Realty, and they are one of the best real estate teams in Northern Colorado. Their knowledge of the local market is exceptional, but what really stands out is their approach to marketing. They know how to position a property, get it in front of the right people, and create a strong presence in a competitive market. If you’re looking for a real estate team that truly understands the Northern Colorado market and knows how to market a property, I highly recommend P23 Realty.
Thank you so much, Dan, for the incredible review and recommendation! Coming from someone who has extensive experience in both property management and real estate here in Northern Colorado, your feedback means a lot to Jamie Eklund and the entire P23 Realty team.
We’ve always believed that great real estate marketing is about more than simply putting a property on the MLS. It’s about understanding the property, identifying the right target audience, creating a strong marketing strategy, and making sure the home gets as much exposure as possible. We’re passionate about taking a creative approach to real estate marketing and helping our clients stand out in a competitive market.
We’re also proud to serve the Northern Colorado communities we know and love, including Greeley, Windsor, Loveland, Evans, Severance, Johnstown, and the surrounding areas. Having a strong understanding of the local market allows us to help our clients make informed decisions whether they are buying, selling, or investing in real estate.
Thank you again, Dan, for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting P23 Realty. We truly appreciate your recommendation and look forward to continuing to work alongside you in the Northern Colorado real estate community!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough positive things about Jamie and Megan. They helped my wife and me accomplish one of our longest and biggest dreams together, which was buying our first home in Colorado. I’d always heard people talk about the stresses and anxieties of homebuying, since it’s most people’s biggest financial decision and comes with plenty of horror stories, and wow, my wife and I certainly felt that. Circumstances gave us a very high-stress and unexpected purchasing journey, and we were incredibly lucky to have Jamie and his wife Megan by our side from the beginning. At the outset, Jamie promptly responded to our last-second message to see a Loveland home we happened to find on Redfin just before our 16-hour drive from Texas to Colorado. Not only was he the only realtor to respond within the first 24 hours over a weekend, but he and his wife were also very accommodating in showing us the house on our first day in Colorado and providing important insight into the likely scope of work needed to fix it up. Jamie then helped us every step of the way, working incredibly hard for us, from submitting our offer and handling negotiations, to connecting us with resources and putting out fires to keep the purchase from falling through during urgent moments. He even got his hands dirty himself digging out a crawlspace for our inspector. He and his wife also came out at many inconvenient times so inspectors, contractors, and ourselves could be let in, even around the holidays. Throughout the entire process, they never made us feel like a burden or like we weren’t worth their time, as we’ve experienced with other realtors. Instead, they showed us genuine kindness, encouragement, and support. We will always be thankful to Jamie and his wife for all they’ve done and continue to do. We were so grateful to meet two people we could trust to have our best interests at heart and to be honest with us during such a vulnerable time. I truly believe that if you want realtors who will actually care about you and your family’s well-being throughout and after the stressful and confusing homebuying process, you won’t find anyone better than Jamie and Megan.
Dear James and Mlyn,

Fantastic experience: My father and I recent had Jamie help us sell my grandmothers house and both of us could not have been happier. We had originally started with a different realtor and competed against the market for a solid five months to no avail. But around 2 months of working with Jamie and that burden is off of us. Jamie is incredibly prompt on giving updates more often, less than an hour response time. and would normally give updates twice a week it was only once, but always giving updates none the less. If there was a question concerning anything, the explanation was always clear and right to the point. Which brings up what I most enjoyed about Jamie, he was honest from the get go, and always just explained how it was rather than just making someone feel good. When we eventually get to the point of buying again the very first call I'll make is to Jamie. If you're in the market for buying or selling I would absolutely give Jamie a call, he'll get you set up exactly how you needed to be.
Skylar,

Jamie
Fantastic experience: Working with Jamie was amazing! I worked with Jamie in searching and purchasing my home in Colorado, while also selling my home in California. My husband largely let me handle the search, but he said Jamie and I did better than he could have ever hoped. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable of the industry, easy to contact and communicate with, and is a huge advocate for his clients. What I appreciated most about him, was when he and I toured the homes (via video chat- I was in CA) he didn’t try to sell me on the homes. Rather, he would point out concerns in the home’s condition, or other things, not easily seen in the video stream. This was an immense trust builder for me, because he was treating my home search like he would his own. Making sure I was fully aware of the whole property (including it’s shortcomings) and not just highlighting it to get a sale. As someone trying to buy a home out of state, and only traveling to see a handful that seemed like a good match- Jamie made this experience of transplanting from CA to CO a seamless and enjoyable experience. In addition to working well with me, the way he worked with the seller’s agent was great. He was able to get all of our concerns addressed and with a very fair price on the home, and still the result was happy parties all around. Even after closing, Jamie has been attentive and helpful in letting contractors in to the property to complete work before we got there (I know, he has been an angel to us). Thank you Jamie for all you have done. 10 gold stars!!! You are a wonderful person, family man, and realtor. My family is thankful for you! Cheers!

Thanks Ian... I really appreciate your kind words and have enjoying working with and getting to know your family.

Fantastic experience: Jamie did an awesome job getting our house sold during a time when the market was beginning to slow. He was knowledgeable about prices and market conditions and he held nothing back when it came to marketing. He spent the extra time and resources to make sure that we got top dollar for our house. Jamie is focused on customer satisfaction and really takes the time to understand your goals. I would recommend Jamie and his team to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.
Thank you Kyle... I loved getting to know your family.
Fantastic experience: Appreciated Jamie’s work to help us navigate a difficult home sale and purchase in tough rising interest rate market.
Thanks Jeremy... I have enjoyed getting to know you and your family.
Fantastic experience: Jamie helped us find our house in Loveland. We were moving from out of state and worked with Jamie for four months. Jamie was consistent in sending us listings for the area we were interested in, performed several virtual “walk throughs”, submitted our offer timely, lined us up with a reliable escrow, and accompanied the home inspector. He was with us every step of the way throughout. Jamie made the entire process very easy for us. Many thanks for his help and errors!
Thank you Tony... It was so much fun getting to know you guys.
Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough about Jamie and his team. I feel like he held our hand the entire way. He really made an effort to understand what we needed from a home. His attention to detail is extraordinary. We are so grateful he was there to help us find our forever home.
Thank you so much for using us as your Real Estate agent.
Fantastic experience: "We were moving to Northern Colorado from out of state and were looking for a realtor to assist us in finding a home. Jamie and the P23 Realty team were recommended to us by a family member because they had experience and knowledge of the market. They were caring, principled and hardworking people whom we found we could trust. They were patient with us, never pushy. They worked with us for many months because the market was tight and there were few homes going up for sale where we wanted to live. They were on top of anything that came up for sale, apprising us of new listings as quickly as they came up. They stayed positive and were very reassuring that the right opportunity would show itself when we were tempted to despair of finding a home. The home we got settled into is the perfect fit for us. We are so appreciative of all P23 Realty’s efforts on our behalf."
Thanks Bryan... I really appreciate you guys.
Fantastic experience: "Our family was looking for a piece of land that had two homes on it that could accommodate two families; we also had a specific price range. We went with the P23 Realty team because their reputation was extremely good. They went above and beyond what a realtor is normally expected to do to make it possible for us to not only purchase a property, but to live on it for years to come.
Thanks Jack... I really appreciate you guys
Fantastic experience: Our family was moving to Northern Colorado from out of state and needed a realtor to help us navigate the home buying process. Jamie and the P23 Realty team found great properties for us, connected us with a great lender, and most of all advocated for us with the sellers and made sure we were competitive in our offer. They also made sure we knew everything we needed to know as buyers new to Colorado. We are thrilled with our new home and with the P23 Realty team.
Thanks Aaron... I appreciate you and your family.
Fantastic experience: "We were looking for a very specific home in a specific area and price range. We were recommended Jamie with the P23 Realty team by others due to their reputation. Their ability to watch for exactly what we asked for and to quickly notify us so that we were among the first to get in, his wisdom in helping us create the best offers, their patience and never once showing frustration was impressive. Their knowledge of the different parts of town and real estate practices were all very beneficial, and I never once questioned their integrity. They found us a great place to live, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. We are grateful and love our new home!"
Thank you so much... I appreciate you two
Fantastic experience: We were looking for a new home for our large homeschool family and we had a very limited budget and a difficult property to sell. We were recommended to the P23 Realty team by a close personal friend. They worked around the clock to make things happen and always seemed to be available whenever things came up. They also maintained a very relaxed and confident atmosphere and helped so much with a fairly stress-inherent process. They also made sure we received the best possible deal and didn’t just settle. I can’t say how much we love our new home and are still amazed by how well it works for our family.
Thanks Hannah... It was such an honor getting to know you and your family.
