Fantastic experience: Jackie Carlson represented my wife and I in selling our lake house on Lake Cypress Springs. Her services were exceptional. She knows her market inside and out, is diligent and doggedly determined to accomplish her goal of selling your home. I have used many realtors over the years, and Jackie is the best....by far. As I live over 90 minutes from my lake house, Jackie ran interference for me on literally everything, from calling vendors for repairs to having junk hauled off. When Jackie calls, vendors listen as she controls a lot of business in her area. She is patient, highly personable and a tough but reasonable negotiator on her client's behalf. Honestly, this is the first review of anyone providing a service for me I have ever written. She sees every detail through to completion. When I told her to treat my house as her own since I lived out of town, she took me literally. She ran with the ball, called me when she needed me, which wasn't too often except on important deal points, and got the job done. As I am a retired commercial real estate attorney, I am somewhat familiar with real estate deals. I think you get the point. If you need a real estate agent in Jackie's neck of the woods, call her first. Period. Clint David

Fantastic experience: Looking around the area, stopped in for some assistance on local housing. Melba took the time to go through all of our housing requirements and let us view her screen. Melba was gracious and kind. Printed out the houses that we liked. Since no realtor was available, we used those printouts to go determine the areas or neighborhoods.

Positive experience: Good

Negative experience: Huge Paris , Tx Walmart 1 single register open with an actual live Walmart employee @ 8:25 pm. There are 20-30 open registers in self check so you can encourage Walmart to continue to replace employees with customer labor and have me the customer do their job for free. Either allow a 5% discount for doing your job or I will simply shop somewhere else. Sick of Walmart pushing customers around.

Negative experience: I spoke with Shelby, an agent there at Mayben Realty. I asked her if she could give me the names and phone numbers to nice mobile home communities in the Mount Pleasant area because my daughter with her 7 month old were looking to move there and did not know the area. Shelby said she knew of a few and would either text me or call me back with the information. I waited 2 days, after no contact from her, I called the Mayben office again and left a message for her to please follow up with me. 2 weeks later and still no response. I definitely would not recommend Shelby nor this Realty Co. because the agents who work there are a representation of how the agency treats people. My question is why say you will be happy to get the information for me but have no intentions of doing so? How much time would it have taken?

Fantastic experience: Michael is a great guy and runs a real classy outfit. We had a wonderful experience working with him and would highly recommend him to others. Very responsive to any questions / concerns we ever had and everything went incredibly smooth on our lake house purchase.

Fantastic experience: Lori is amazing! She worked hard to help my husband and I buy our first home. She explained everything to us in ways that we could actually understand. Sure worked all hours to answer or questions, and help us get things moving along when we had trouble with the individuals selling the property. She made me feel like family! And was very patient with my indecisiveness!!! Lol She is super sweet, and does everything she can to help her clients and their families! If you’re looking to buy a home, whether it’s your forest home or not, I highly recommend Lori!!!! I’d absolutely use her again next time we buy a home! Thanks again, Lori!!

Fantastic experience: Lori Bouremana is a great real estate agent Lori was the only realtor that helped me when No other realtor would! She went way above an out of her way to help me out. I was moving from Nevada to Texas, I had no family or friends that could check out properties for me. Lori would go out to every house that I would look at on line take a video of the house or FaceTime me. Lori would be honest with me if there was something wrong in the house no matter how small or big, When I found the perfect house she went an took pictures she spent time with me to make sure this house was right.
