Positive experience: I was put off after a quick conversation with Leah tonite on the phone where I asked if she would consider listing an investment property for me. I mentioned that I'd like to do a flip but am not from the area - and I believed the ARV is between 100-150k, but would she mind taking a look at the ARV when she had a minute tomorrow? I was literally told "No...I sell 20 million a year" I completely understand that perhaps selling a $100,000 house is under what she wants to do, but the proper thing to have done, is referred me to someone else who would want to take the listing on. Especially when I was forthcoming about my intentions to have her list it - I wasn't just shooting the breeze.

Negative experience: Seems like a nice person but unfortunately put us behind schedule because she decided that she already had too many clients. She scheduled us for a week after I spoke with her on the phone, then came out to our house and said she would let us know a week and a half later what the appraisal was. Unfortunately, a couple days before the appraisal was due, she emailed me that she was unable to take on anymore clients. This would have been nice to know before we wasted 2 weeks waiting. Also, it didn't sit right with me that she emailed instead of calling me. But maybe I'm old fashioned.
