Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a realtor, Kimberly is the person to go thru. We move to Oklahoma from Colorado and Kimberly went above and beyond. We looked at a lot of homes online but it is hard to tell from the pictures. Many of the homes out of Elk City so Kimberly would travel to any house we asked and do a video walk through explaining everything in the house. She was always available to answer any question we had. I think the longest we ever waited for either a text or call back was 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Kimberly to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Kimberly is amazing and extremely thorough. I had mentioned that I had been having trouble finding somebody to come fix my air-conditioning unit for the past two years. They would show up and not come back or just never show up. Kimberly immediately sent me several contacts and the first one that I called was here the next morning and fixed everything that was wrong with my unit and cleaned up after himself. She goes above and beyond when it comes to real estate and has many contacts to help with any needs revolving your real estate. Thank you so much, Kimberly. You’re amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: We’ve worked with Kimberly multiple times since 2021, and she’s been fantastic every step of the way. She helped us buy our vacation home in Oklahoma back in 2021 and just helped us sell it in 2025. Along the way, she also connected us with a great out-of-state agent who assisted us on several transactions in New Mexico and Texas—so Kimberly’s impact has extended far beyond just one deal. She’s a total go-getter with a strong presence on social media, which really helped drive interest in our listing. Our vacation home sold within just a few days on the market, with multiple showings and a final price about 20% over what we expected—a huge win. She communicated clearly, stayed available at all hours, and managed deadlines flawlessly. Even when a last-minute hiccup came up she stayed calm and handled it efficiently. She also went above and beyond after closing: coordinating things at the house while we were out of town, sending us a thoughtful gift, and following up to make sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely recommend Kimberly to anyone buying or selling in Western Oklahoma!

Fantastic experience: We have bought and sold with Kimberly, and I couldn’t recommend her enough. We are from out of state, and she handled our long distance questions so well. Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved working with Kimberly! We would definitely refer anyone and everyone to Kimberly Carter! Let me tell you why! We have been house shopping in California for over a year and the market is crazy out there. We went out for Christmas vacation to North East Texas with my wife's family. And we decided to request to see a home on zillow and within minutes.. Kimberly called. (: We talked for a awhile and she referred us to a lender that she works with. We got qualified by the next day and went looking at homes on that weekend. We were stuck on 2 specific homes and were going to decide and make an offer and we had over looked 1 specific house that we decided to drive by before calling Kimberly back. Turns out we loved it and messaged her Christmas Eve evening and apologized but asked if she could somehow meet before we were heading back to California. The morning after Christmas!! We felt so horrible and did not expect her to even consider it. But she took a few hours of driving Christmas Day and made it happen!! We made an offer on the house the next day!! We loved working with Kimberly and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!!
