Fantastic experience: Kathy was recommendet to me by a coworker. At the beginning my assistant had a couple of realtors in the race, but Kathy was the most reliable and my assistant recommended to go with her. I had 1 House I really liked and Kathy was able to get me an appointment immediately. It was the 1st house I looked at and also the only one. I bought it right away. She was able to handle complex international tasks, as I am a German national, and just recently came to the US. Kathy explained my circumstances to the selling agent and we were able to close in record time. I will definitely recommend Kathy to others! Way to go!

Negative experience: Do not do business with them. They lied to me a couple times about righting a contract. Did not call me back then the property is now pending 4 days later and I was never given a contract on the property. I believe they do some back door dealing. To bad I will never know.

Negative experience: I'm STILL HOPING & Praying that someone's gonna be able to FINALLY get something done about how AFTER I'd ALREADY been trying to get ahold of my RECOVERY AFTER I'd ALREADY had a MAJOR closed head injury following that pizza delivery driver CRASHING RIGHT INTO me as soon as he'd passed the car I'd seen WAY BACK in 11/1991 & then AFTER I'd ALREADY been trying to go thru SOSOOO MANY DIFFERENT types of REHABITATION's for almost 3 YEAR'S of my life, getting ahold of ALL of the Neurological RECOVERY at Neuro Care I HONESTLY have NOOOO idea WHY OR actually how in the world was it even LEGAL for Vickie Mc Bryar to get away with sending 1 of her affliate Agent's John from L & M Realty over to the $163,800.00 piece of property located at 1121 Dugan/Duggan Loop in Trenton, GA & try & get away with submitting the FRAUDULENT OVER appraisal of $225,000.00 & then AFTER I've ALREADY been trying to get ahold of someone who's gonna FINALLY make me WHOLE, & even though I'd initially NOT even known whether I should just go to the AUTHORITIES OR what? BUT... THANKFULLY Jesus'd FINALLY BLESSED my oldest son Nethanuel's DEAD body FINALLY being found SHORTLY AFTER her sister's basically just LAUGHING RIGHT in my face about X, Y & Z to be able to FINALLY start getting ahold of EVERY SINGLE RED CENT of EQUITABLE COMPENSATION that NOOOOOO 1's E V E R SIMPLY providing me with PROPER "CONSERVATION" of MY Estate EVER since Our Daddy Jesus'd initially taken my Mom back Home WAY BACK on 2/06/88= HALLELUJAH AMEN's to Jesus for FINALLY BLESSING ANYONE who's Estate's E V E R been LEGALLY placed under ANYONE else's care to be able to FINALLY start getting ahold of a copy of that EXACT SAME Balance Sheet at the end of EVERY SINGLE 1 of the 300+ DIFFERENT 30 day Accounting period's that've ALSO ALREADY been REPEATEDLY going thru SOSOOOSOOOOO MANY DIFFERENT types of xXxXx'd people who'd supposedly been LEGALLY APPOINTED to PROTECT AND "CONSERVE" MY Estate E V E R since my Grandpa'd been telling me to get ahold of someone in my OWN Church's Clergymen WAY BACK in 1994 to be able to FINALLY start getting ahold of a copy of a Balance Sheet at the end of EVERY SINGLE actually since Jesus'd just ZAPPED my Spirit to STOP ttyl
