Fantastic experience: We were not moving during the best climate—people simply weren't moving much due to higher interest rates and inventory was low. Still, we got very close to asking price on our house while Medina negotiated a leaseback on our place for a month while we continued to shop for a house that had everything we were looking for. We were down to the wire on having to move out with no place to go when Medina excitedly let us know of a house coming back on the market. We had an offer on it the next day after it checked pretty much every box. We didn't have to "settle" we genuinely love the house. It was a bit stressful but Medina's experienced, steady hand made the process easy for me and my wife. The house is now decorated for Christmas and we love it as much as the day we moved in.

Fantastic experience: Medina and her Team have done five home transactions for us and all but one were in a real estate slump and on the buying side, up against cantankerous sellers. Even though they were up against the wall most of the time, we always came out on the winning side of the deal and in a timely manner. Their communication and availability are better than any other realty group we have used in 35 years of trading real estate. While you would expect all of this, they also know their markets down to a +/- $10k and provide all of these services with grace and the highest level of hospitality. Fantastic experience: After 5 months of showings and price reductions with a previous agent, and no sale, we asked Medina to be our agent. Her photographer did an OUTSTANDING job filming our house. Fantastic experience: Medina and Grey did a great job finding us our perfect lake house. We found an ideal spot on the lake in a cove however it needed a lot of work. She pulled in some resources to help us understand the cost of renovation so that we could feel comfortable with our decision. In addition since we could only look at houses on the weekend and limited windows of time, Grey also stepped in on short notice. They both were very patient and now we have the perfect lake house which we can share with our immediate and extended family.
