Pat Tasker, Shorewest Germantown Real Estate Agent

Fantastic experience: Our Realtor Pat Tasker was phenomenal at selling our house. She came prepared from our very first meeting. Very professional. Communication is top notch we never had to wonder where we were at in any stage of our sale. Highly recommend Pat.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I decided we needed an experienced realtor to help us both sell and find a new home. That would be none other than Pat Tasker, who was exceptional to work with. Pat and her associate, Carry, helped prep us for the sale of our home in Germantown . Pat Tasker took us to countless new listings and when the right one came along in Jackson, she wisely advised us on making the right, strong offer. The offer was quickly accepted by the sellers. During the following weeks, we needed to get painters and flooring people in for quotes and measurements and both Pat and Carry made themselves available for us to be at the new home with these painters and flooring experts. We then put our house on the market and with Pat‘s excellent knowledge and advice, we had four strong offers from the first four people that went through the home. We have now sold our Germantown home, and are moved into our lovely new home in Jackson. Our sincere thanks to Pat Tasker and Carry Post for their expert knowledge, care, and attention to detail during the entire process of selling a home and buying a home. We would highly recommend Pat Tasker!

Fantastic experience: My situation was a difficult one for Pat. She had to battle with the HOA and the Bank multiple times for 8 months. She was on top of everything, was positive, encouraging, worked very hard and communicated very well. Pat made my life easy for me and she made an impossible sale possible. High recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker of Shorewest Realty recently listed and sold a home owned by my family. This was a complicated multi owner scenario related to an estate, and she navigated it with great competence and tact. As an investor myself, I was asked to advise the family during the contracts and sale. I noticed that Pat Tasker was extremely good at managing timelines, and knowing when each task needed to be accomplished, as well as the appropriate pricing and timing of the listing. The contracts were standard and clearly explained, and she did a great job walking through each step with the family. As I watched this process, Pat earned my highest recommendation. I would not hesitate to endorse her as agent.

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker at Shorewest Realtors was a fantastic agent who dealt with our complicated family estate home sale in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with great care and professionalism. She was very responsive through the process and crafted a really compelling listing that generated a lot of interest, so the house sold quickly and easily with multiple offers coming through on the first day. She was very aware of home values and local market pricing and knowledgeable about navigating a multiple owner estate scenario. She handled timelines and procedures exceptionally well and made everything as easy as possible, while being sensitive to the process of selling a long-time family home. We would highly recommend her for real estate transactions in the Milwaukee area.

Fantastic experience: We entrusted Pat with selling my late mother’s home during a very difficult time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Pat handled everything with compassion, professionalism, and clear communication from start to finish. She guided us through pricing, staging recommendations, and paperwork, kept us updated at every step, and negotiated a strong offer quickly. Her attention to detail and genuine care made a stressful process far easier. We highly recommend Pat to anyone needing a knowledgeable, trustworthy real estate agent.

Fantastic experience: Pat was absolutely invaluable in the sale and purchase of our homes recently. Her insight and experience kept us sane throughout an extended and difficult negotiation. I can't imagine a better experience with a Real Estate Agent!

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Pat Tasker to find our new home in Menomonee Falls! From start to finish, Pat made what can often be a stressful process feel fast, easy, and truly enjoyable. Pat took the time to really understand what we were looking for and was incredibly responsive, organized, and proactive every step of the way. We always felt like a priority, and their communication kept everything moving smoothly without any surprises. What stood out most was how seamless the entire experience felt—Pat handled all the details behind the scenes, guided us through every decision with confidence, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout. Thanks to their expertise and dedication, we found a beautiful home that is perfect for us. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely caring real estate agent, we can’t recommend Pat Tasker enough!

Fantastic experience: We had an outstanding experience working with Pat Tasker on Christopher’s condo purchase in Menomonee Falls. From the very beginning, Pat Tasker gave us a clear and thorough overview of the entire buying process — what to expect, how timelines would work, and what documentation we would need well before we needed it. That preparation alone made a huge difference. Pat Tasker was extremely competent and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. She consistently found new properties for us to view and was proactive about getting listings in front of us quickly — sometimes before others even saw them. In a competitive market, that responsiveness was invaluable. What really stood out was how available she was. Pat Tasker was never “too busy” for us. When her schedule was tight, her associate Carry stepped in seamlessly to help with showings and coordination. That teamwork kept everything moving smoothly and made us feel fully supported at every stage. She was also very transparent about commissions, offer strategy, and market realities. Pat Tasker provided a sample offer in advance and walked us through every section so we understood exactly what we were signing. When it came time to submit an offer, she gave thoughtful, strategic advice on how to make it competitive without being reckless. Throughout the transaction, Pat Tasker was organized, calm, and enjoyable to work with. She balanced professionalism with a genuinely fun and positive personality, which made what could have been a stressful process much easier. We highly recommend Pat Tasker to anyone buying or selling in Menomonee Falls or the surrounding area. She is experienced, strategic, responsive, and truly cares about her clients.

Fantastic experience: Pat always is available to answers questions, do research, and provide information as requested. Her knowledge of the market, whatever state it is in, is necessary for the Buyer, and provides us with what we need to make informed decisions. She will do whatever it takes for whoever needs it. We have worked with Pat as both a Seller, and as a Buyer and have always believed we received the best service, and the best outcome. I would recommend Pat in a heartbeat to any Buyer or Seller!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the service and personal encouragement from Pat Tasker and Carry Post. From the first walk through, up to the closing, everything was handled with courtesy and thoughtfulness. It was an emotional move for my husband and I. However, we were put at ease by the quick process of getting the beautiful brochures out by Carry Post. Also, Pat Tasker brought her professionalism throughout the whole proceedings. The first person who looked at the house, made an offer which we accepted. We received exactly the $ that we wanted. Because of the smooth way that the whole procedure was handled, we would highly recommend Pat Tasker to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I recently worked with Pat Tasker and her team to sell my home in Germantown, Wisconsin in Washington county. From the very beginning, we were impressed with the familiarity she had with the market, and marketing strength. This helped us arrive at an optimal selling price, and immediately create a lot of leads for our home. Within two days we had three great offers. Pat Tasker and her team led with a strong presence throughout the process, answering questions, advising us on key issues, they even took the garbage out for us when we couldn't be there. Ultimately, since we moved out of state, Pat and her team managed the closing of the sale without us, enabling us to focus on getting our new house in order. Moving is a big job, but Pat, Carry and their team really came through for us. We heartily endorse them to anyone looking for an experienced realtor who gets results.

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker was amazing in helping me find my condo in Brookfield. She wasn't shy about talking about the downsides or bad aspects of the first few we looked at, none of which really felt 'right'. When we toured the one I did buy, she pointed out the (many) good parts and (few) downsides to help me make a decision. I didn't know a lot about condos prior, so she walked me through the details of condo ownership. She stayed late with me to make an offer right that same day as the condo had just come on the market and I didn't want to lose it. Very happy with her help!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Pat Tasker, my Wisconsin "go to" Real Estate Expert, for an exceptional job she did in selling my property in Germantown. Her experience and skill set made the sale quick and painless during my time of grief. She and her team guided me through the process every step of the way, while my stress level was at a maximum. If I ever need to sell or buy any other property in Germantown, Pat Tasker would be the one I would contact. I would recommend you would do the same.

Fantastic experience: I am honestly blown away by "team" Pat Tasker and Carry Post. Their attention to detail, knowledge of the real estate market, and their genuine concern and responsiveness regarding their client with all of her questions is remarkable. Their marketing ability and timely communication is astounding. The house sold in three days at a price I never would have expected. Pat Tasker puts her heart and soul into the industry and deserves first-line consideration when seeking a Realtor. Start to finish you will be well cared for.

Fantastic experience: From the first time we met with Pat Tasker, she made us feel very comfortable. She is very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Pat Tasker answered all of our concerns and questions. She gets back to you in a very timely manner and works very hard for her clients! We highly recommend Pat Tasker for all of your Real Estate needs!

Fantastic experience: Pat was awesome! She helped my daughter and I purchase a Condo in Milwaukee I am our of town and she helped my daughter through everything

Fantastic experience: Pat is so great to work with. She understood my vision for my family and was willing to “break the mold” for something unconventional. Knowledgeable, helpful, available and so NICE!

Fantastic experience: Awesome job again And your staff is awesome

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker is the best. The mountain of work needed to bring a real estate transaction to close involves (at minimum): filings, agents, potential buyers, financial institution personnel, city personnel, home owner association personnel, coordination of schedules, showings, contracts, agreements, counter offers, inspections, questions needing answers........ and answers needing questions (yup), the forms, the signatures, the order of execution, deadlines, speed, accuracy, surprises (aha!), general windows of time and NARROW WINDOWS OF TIME !!!! which require a better fleet of contractors: faster service, higher quality, high levels of trust; concise communication. In the end, the above needs to come to an elegant final closing, of course. And how did the Pat Tasker, Carry Post and Nina Pokorny team perform against the above? They nailed it :-) Comparing all of the above to music, it takes a LOT of notes to make a song, but notes alone are never enough. A song needs to sing. Pat Tasker is a master of the real estate song. Cheers, Michael

Fantastic experience: We greatly enjoyed our experience with Pat as we searched for a house. It took a while because we were from out of town looking for the right house in a sellers market, but Pat was patient with us and even canvassed some neighborhoods to actively seek out sellers for us! She offered her advice and help many times, and if she was unavailable she made sure we were taken care of by her very capable assistant, Carry. Pat is very easy to work with, and we would heartily recommend her to others!

Fantastic experience: Pat was awesome, it's a challenging time in real estate but she stuck too it and we found the perfect house for me.

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker, sold our first home 28 years ago and found us the house that we have loved for 28 years. When my parents needed to move to an assisted living facility, there was no question who we would call to sell my parents condominium. Pat took so much time explaining everything to my 92 year-old father and also kept us in the loop. Pat is so warm and professional. There is no question who we will call when we make a move in the future. Thanks Pat!

Fantastic experience: I selected Pat Tasker from the Germantown office of Shorewest because she had the most home sales of anyone in Germantown! She is a real go-getter. Very responsive and dedicated to making a difference. I owned a lot that I held for under 50 years. I put it up for sale with her and she sold it! No surprise, it’s in her DNA! I am glad that I chose her and would do it again!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Pat Tasker many months ago to interview her about helping one of my relocating clients. My interaction with Pat was very positive from the start, as she was very professional and responsive. Pat successfully secured an amazing property in Germantown for my clients and she spent many hours showing them properties and providing guidance to them through the process, as the market is very competitive. She wrote them a winning offer and negotiated through the escrow process to make sure the buyers were satisfied. Thank you, Pat, for taking great care of our mutual clients!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience buying our first home with the help of Pat Tasker. She talked us through the entire process, answered every random question we had, referred wonderful professionals for mortgage lender and inspector, soothed our nerves for making this big purchase, and helped us get it done quickly! Pat is super knowledgeable and also incredibly responsive, an absolute pleasure to work with. I could not recommend Pat Tasker more for buying a home!!

Fantastic experience: It was such a blessing to work with Pat Tasker on my transition to becoming a home buyer. She was incredibly prompt and diligent throughout the entire process and walked me through all and anything that I did not understand. Very thankful to her for helping to make this process as smooth as possible. I will definitely recommend her to others looking to buy a home.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I began our first house hunting experience in the greater Milwaukee area at the end of 2023. My parents are both in real estate but live in Colorado so they were not able to be our realtors during the process. My mom did some research and recommended Pat Tasker. If it had to be anyone helping us besides my parents, I’m glad it was Pat. She was truly amazing during this entire process. She offers great advice and has the best recommendations for other experts. She is available pretty much 24/7 with whatever questions you have and does a great job of explaining the overall process and plan (especially important for us as we had no previous experience with purchasing a home). My husband and I work in health care and she worked around those schedules which meant many late nights together. If you want someone you can trust and depend on, Pat is the realtor for you.

Fantastic experience: So far, it's been a pleasure working with Pat Tasker and her team. Excellent communication and explanations of disclosures. She does a great job of making sure you stick to your "why and why not" as a buyer when viewing potential homes. Yes, I would refer others to her.

Fantastic experience: I just sold my Menomonee Falls home quickly, efficiently and very successfully. Much of that has do to my realtor Pat Tasker. She and her assistant, Carry Post, made the process seamless and took care of everything I needed and sometimes didn't know I needed. Pat's experience made a huge difference in tackling the big and small things that came up during the sale of my home. She also helped me get the best sale price for my home, something I would not have gotten without her guidance. I couldn't have had a better partner than Pat Tasker and I highly recommend her if you are looking to sell your home.

Fantastic experience: Growing up in a real estate agent's home, I always had a front-row seat to the hustle and bustle of the industry. My mom, Pat Tasker, a dedicated real estate professional, worked tirelessly, fielding calls from clients at all hours, and ensuring their dreams of home ownership or selling became a reality. At one point we had to have a family rule that when we left for vacation “no stops at the office on the way out of town were allowed!" However, it wasn't until my wife and I embarked on our own home buying and selling journey that I truly grasped the depth of the process and the STRESS it can bring. There was certainly no shortage in the stress department. We just wanted it to all work out. In a highly competitive market, we faced the daunting task of finding our dream home, fighting off other interested buyers, and anticipating a higher than asking price offer, yet got lucky not competing NOR paying over asking price. A win-win! Pat read the market, realized it was a holiday weekend and most buyers were off celebrating and watching fireworks, and this could be an opportunity for us to not compete if we moved fast. At the same time, we wanted to maximize the value of our current property and hoped it would sell over asking! Just as all sellers hope for! We knew it would be difficult to have both things happen, but we did everything possible to ensure we were ready. Our selling journey had some detours and Pat was able to calm our nerves and reassure us it would all be ok. It was during this time that I came to deeply appreciate my mom's expertise. She not only guided us through the complexities of the market but also patiently answered our never-ending questions, most likely more than any other buyer/seller has ever asked, easing our anxieties along the way. The realization hit me: Buyers and sellers often have a multitude of questions and concerns throughout this process. That’s when having a knowledgeable, experienced real estate professional by your side is invaluable. Thanks to my mom's dedication and expertise, we successfully navigated the challenges of the market. We found our dream home in Oconomowoc without breaking the bank and sold our property above our expectations. Both goals were accomplished. So, to all the real estate agents out there, like my mom, who work tirelessly to make homeownership dreams come true, THANK YOU for what you do. Your expertise, PATIENCE, and unwavering commitment to your clients are the cornerstones of this industry.

Fantastic experience: We had been working with another realtor for a year before making the switch to Pat Tasker and we have been so thankful for her experience and direction when buying our first home. During our house search, she got to know what we were looking for and didn’t waste our time with bad matches. She always got us in to see the homes we were interested in, within the timeframe that we wanted to see them. We were very impressed by this because she is one busy lady! We don’t know how she does it all! Carry, her assistant, was able to fill in a couple times when Pat was double booked and she was great to work with also. Our house search was mostly in Germantown and Menomonee Falls and Pat knows those areas inside and out, but she just has a good eye in general and would be able to work with any search area. As first-time home buyers, she guided us in evaluating the homes we liked, often bringing up things we overlooked like what other people might dislike about the home or areas that need renovation. She never tried to convince us to like a home but was just a very good listener. When we were ready, she helped us to make competitive offers. We didn’t end up with competition on the home we purchased so she reminded us that we don’t have to give them the moon – in the end we got our house at a great price and didn’t have to waive any inspections. Actually, we needed to add additional inspections and Pat’s experience was evident when we had to add amendments to our offer. She made a stressful process seem very simple and was so professional during her interactions with the sellers and their realtor! She is a lovely person who is well-respected, fair, honest, and excellent in her field. She also is very involved with the community and has a great social media presence. She is a true gem and we were so blessed to work with her. We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house and she continues to be available for questions about contractors, increasing the value of our home, and décor ideas even after the buying process is over!

Fantastic experience: Our family just closed on our first home and Pat Tasker with Shorewest Reality has been nothing less than amazing! She has made our buying process a breeze, even with some ups and downs. She made us feel very confident in the buying process and we truly feel like she did everything in her power to help us feel less overwhelmed in this long process! We also had the opportunity to meet Cary, and she as well was very attentive and informational through inspection. We couldn’t of asked for a better team than Pat and Cary, and we definitely felt the love they have for their jobs! Thank you!! The Schultz Family

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker went way above and beyond, Great communicator also.

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker is an attentive, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable partner – exactly the person you want when you’re making a huge life-change buying and selling your home. Pat Tasker is easy to communicate with, and she’ll keep you on track of all the details and be available whenever you need help or have questions. This is so important when houses go on and off the market same-day! What she brings to the table that others don’t? Pat Tasker is practical and wants the best for you before, during, and even years after your transaction of buying or selling is done. She’s a true partner; that’s why we’ve worked with Pat Tasker for over 17 years, and I highly recommend her to help you make your dreams come true.

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker is an outstanding real estate professional. We had not been in the house hunting/selling market for more than 20 years and we relied on her expertise as a Buyer and a Seller Agent. Pat helped us understand the process and market. She developed a detailed marketing plan that resulted in an above-market sale while accommodating our need to minimize disruption and stress. Pat is professional, personable, highly skilled and experienced. She kept us on track and her connections with realtors, bankers and a handyman were helpful. It was a pleasure to work with Pat.

We recommend her service to all of our friends, family, and neighbors looking to sell their homes, and have heard of similar glowing reviews from those who have hired her as well. Pat sold our house for us in 7 days. She and her team were outstanding. Three years later we still feel that way and hope that in the future when looking to sell or buy a property Pat will be available to help us. We had someone else aid in the purchasing of our new home and it was a disaster at a very big price tag. You can hire Pat with full confidence and you will be over the moon satisfied. Thanks Pat for everything you did for us.

Fantastic experience: Pat Tasker is awesome. She helped us buy a house in the Germantown area in late 2012. We were considering buyer's agents when we started our search for a house and Pat came very highly reviewed and we could see why! She was wonderful - from the very first time we met her to closing day, and even after! As first-time home buyers, we really appreciated having an experienced and committed agent helping us every step of the way. We're so glad we found Pat! What we loved * Always reachable- Via phone, email or text. * Easy to communicate with- Always knew exactly what we liked and disliked, never had to worry about seeing a house we wouldn't like. * Very committed- Pat got us to closing, as smoothly as was possible, working late nights, weekends including the labor-day weekend * Excellent local knowledge- We weren't completely settled on the "where" and Pat made it easy with information that helped, schools, parks, community, the like * The extra mile- Even after closing, Pat took the trouble to contact us with information about the community that she thought would be useful to us...and it was. * Engagement - she has continued to be helpful through the years since providing contacts for repairs and projects, be they handymen, locksmith, roofers etc. and stays in touch 10 years on we're still here, loving the home and the community and if we should choose to sell someday, we will go to her again.

Fantastic experience: We recently were reassessed by our village for property tax purposes. It was a unfair assessment which would have resulted in a large tax increase. Knowing we were not in the market, Pat still willingly spent time with us, provided us with numerous comps and shared her knowledge of the market. Her comps and advice were the key to our successful fight against an unfair assessment. She is the go to realtor in our neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: I knew Pat Tasker was the one to go to to sell my home, as she is the leading realtor for Germantown. Being a resident herself, she knows everything there is to know about the area. She spent time with me, going through my home and all of my options as a seller. I received an accepted offer, at asking, within days of showing, and I was elated! Less than two weeks later, I noticed the new floor in my kitchen beginning to buckle. I was sure this was it for the sale! Pat was with me all the way. Patient, attentive, and keeping the buyer apprised of the progress on the house, she kept a cool head when I couldn't. Even though the closing was delayed, I was able to continue with my plans to move (out of state), and Pat saw everything through to the end! Thank you Pat Tasker!!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first condominium buying experience and Pat Tasker with the help of Carry Post both made this an incredible journey.
