Fantastic experience: Stephanie helped us sell our home this winter, and we were so thankfull for her help, and expertise! There were some unique challenges with selling our home, bc it was 2 manufactured homes put together. Although we made it look like 1 nice large home, we faced challenges with qualifying loans, and insurance. He is one of the most genuine and down to earth human beings I have ever met, which made me have all the confidence in him to help me make the right choice when it came to buying a house. With the help of Stephanie and her team our house went under contract in 4 days for just over list price and we found our new dream home quickly as well!
