Right from the get go, Livia was on top of things and helped us position our house really well. We were very nervous about the process of buying a home 2 hours away but Livia was amazing to work with. She came with a ton of recommendations based on our requirements. For example, she had great recommendations on which areas would be great for short term rentals vs long term rentals. What properties would require work vs not. She’s also very well connected with contractors and other service providers. On days when we couldn’t travel from Boston, she would check out the property / FaceTime and tell us if it was worth driving down. The whole process was super smooth. She is fantastic!!! Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Livia as a real estate agent for the Capa Cod Region. We found Livia to be very knowledgeable of the region and very helpful with many of the local trade and key personnel (inspectors/bankers/lawyers) needed throughout the process). Overall, out search took about 2 years, most of which was limited by our ability to get back and forth to the cape ( we live about 3 hours away) to see houses of interest. Given our constraints, Livia was very helpful in working to identify potential properties for us to consider as well as quick to schedule showings once we determined that we would be able to commit tome down there. Fantastic experience: In May of 2022 I was living in CA hoping to purchase a property on Cape Cod, Mass. I found a dream home on Zillow that had been listed for 4 days & would be gone within 2 more if I didn't act quickly. As a first time home buyer I needed a Broker I could trust to represent my interest. I had the very good fortune to receive a phone call from Vanessa Walker, a broker on Cape Cod & within 2 days she helped me submit a bid on the property. At the end of business on the second day the seller was selecting the winning bid. Vanessa was amazing, guiding me through the complexities of the process like the consummate professional that she is. I was hiring a Broker I'd never met, to purchase a home I'd never seen in person.
