Fantastic experience: I only have great things to say about Chancy and Palo Duro Real Estate. He first rented us one of his houses that we lived in for 7 years. He never raised the rent and always fixed problems that arose including the entire back deck of the house and exchanging the entire heating/cooling core that tanked a year ago. She took the time to walk us through the entire home-buying process and helped us understand things that were completely new to us, like owning a home on a well. She connected us with water testing and a land survey (which ended up being incredibly helpful since we’re building a shop), shared tons of helpful tips and recommendations on things to consider (like a water softener), and patiently answered our many questions.
