Negative experience: I am a first time home buyer so I was very nervous about buying and the whole experience. But Lindsey walked me through every step from beginning to end. Unfortunately after I bought the place I was slapped with a ten thousand dollar roof assessment for a storm that happened before I lived there. So this was an out of pocket expense. It is my opinion that my realtor should do everything to make sure this doesn’t happen.
