Fantastic experience: Please read along with me while I brag. Moving is hard. It's hard when it's anticipated as a joyful event. But when you have to move in a drawn out legal process I don't think you could find a more compassionate, non-judgmental, caring person than Gennell Kessler. It took over a year from the first time I reached out to her for us to finally get all the ducks in a row and complete the process, and she stuck with me throughout. You don't find people with that kind of commitment any longer!! She helped me catch details I would have missed (a water spot on the bathroom ceiling where a leak had occurred after a massive storm), and she got me the number of an emergency water crew (after the painters neglected to hook the water hose back up on the washer when finished painting). Not only did she do all this with grace and compassion, she has checked in with me several times after the deal was done to make sure I was doing well. I love my new house--even with everything that happened. And I ONE MILLION PERCENT love that I got to work with such an outstanding agent who deserves 12 stars rather than 5!!

Fantastic experience: Being a military family and first time buyers, we relied heavily on Mia Barnes to guide us through the process. Fantastic experience: Joe went above and beyond as our realtor. He really listened to what we wanted in selling our land, and carefully explained the whole process. He regularly checked on us during the pandemic and even brought us a delicious homemade meal. Generally, land takes longer to sell than a home, and since there’s a pandemic, we assumed it would take a couple of years to sell.
