Fantastic experience: We worked with Jacob Beirwagen to purchase our lovely house in Butte. From the very beginning of our house buying process, Jacob showed strong initiative and professionalism. We used an excellent but uncommon funding program (in MT, anyways) that has very specific procedures and requirements (NACA). Jacob started studying the material he needed to know immediately, even before our first in-person meeting with him. He made the whole process go as smoothly as possible, and we would have been lost trying to do it by ourselves. This is our first house, and we are happy with it. Negative experience: When we met with the Bahny team we were led to believe that we would be represented by one person with help from the other. However, it was already set up for the lead to leave and not be our representative. We felt we were not told the truth and were not happy with the performance of the representative we had. We waited until our term was up and went with a different realtor and sold our home immediately.

He worked incredibly well with us and our tight schedule, and was able to show us dozens of houses within the short period of time we had. The second house we purchased, we had more time to look. Over a period of multiple years, Cody continuously showed us land and houses that were a good fit, but they just were not able to work out. When we did come across the one we finally wanted and could get, he worked late into the night and got our offer in. Without his efforts, the house definitely would have gone to someone else. I highly recommend him and will use him for any and all future property purchases.
