I live about an hour away, and didn't have the bandwidth to go up and meet with contractors. The team helped identify the work needed and scheduled the work - stopping by to oversee and ensure that we met our deadlines for listing. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for realtors that are helpful, proactive, and answer your calls and texts EVERY TIME and can count on it being answered quickly, Jacob and Deana are who you’re looking for. I was in a bind with time cleaning out my dad’s house to sell, they both showed up and physically helped me with clearing the house, holding an estate sale, and getting contractors in for upgrades. They turned a project I thought was going to take me 2 months into 3 weeks. Fantastic experience: A wonderful team! Deanna and Jacob went out of their way to sell my home and make my experience amazing. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

Negative experience: Buyers beware of any listing Jacob Calvert has. He will ask for you to forgo a home inspection, ask for money over the appraisal amount (on a home he stated he didn't think would even appraise for the asking price) and when you agree and he receives your signed offer, he immediately states they are going to leave it on the market a bit longer, basically seeing how much can get out of you. While it is admirable that he may be trying to get "top dollar" for his client, it's obvious that his major goal is to line his own pocket. He then tries to intimidate the buyer by sending very unprofessional and confrontational texts to buyer's agent, almost daring the buyer to call him and when said buyer calls him, he doesn't answer. Go figure... His behavior and questionabale business practces, down to the most basic of even being able to spell correctly and/or use spellcheck in his communication reflects very poorly not only on him, but also on his association with Keller Williams.
