Fantastic experience: z'UP North managed my property for over 2.5 years as a rental. When I decided to sell Julian did an amazing job, it was listed and under contract in less than a week and closed a month later. Yes, some of that is based on the market but its not the whole story. The property management aspect was super simple. Julian and his team found quality renters and were a great conduit for the renters to me. Julian also took on all the maintenance issues and had prompt qualified contractors in his rolodex for plumbing and roofing issues. z'UP North team did an amazing job advertising the house on the market. Julian worked countless hours and was available across different time zones to answer all my questions. The close was great and I attribute much of this to the Up North team and Julian. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area and elsewhere in the state of MN. No, I'm not AI. Ask for Joe if you Do!

When I was ready to start looking at houses, I reached out to Joe. I saw he had great reviews, experience working with new homebuyers, and the office was located in a convenient location in town for me. Joe lived up to all of my expectations. I felt he was trustworthy, always looking out for my best interests. Whenever I wasn’t sure about something or was looking for guidance, it was easy to ask Joe a question.
