If I had any questions or an issue with something I knew that I could depend The Day Group, when I was sick with COVID, they did a phone walkthrough, through some homes because I wasn't able to go in person. Fantastic experience: I had an evil landlord who I called out twice for negligence. The 2nd time I had to pay to have the septic tank pumped because he sent a guy over with a pool pump and garden hose to pump raw sewerage onto the lawn. Shortly after he evicted us. Alicia and her husband Randy moved mountains to get us a new home in time. We went VA and it takes thirty days to close, but Alicia knows people and found a mortgager ( shawn workman) who also went above and beyond. We closed on the 04/22; eviction date was 05/01. Alicia operates in a large area; more than one state. I CAN NOT speak more highly of ANYONE except for God. We were facing homelessness with a homeless family that we took in, a homeless old man, too old and decrepid to work, and 3 kitties, who were homeless too. Everyone showed up on my porch. It is evident that God was in complete control but the DAY REALTY GROUP answered the call and my wife is literally shedding tears of joy. I give the Day realty group 5 stars and all their planets as well She deserves a galaxy not just some stars. THANK-YOU ALICIA, AND YOUR TEAM! WELL DONE!!!

Fantastic experience: Alicia went above and beyond for us. My husband and I had gotten through the Hurricane Helene trauma to receive a notice to vacate for repairs from our landlord. Alicia and her husband worked day and night. In an area where affordable homes to purchase is very slim. She worked closely with my husband finding us a VA mortgage provider and staying on top of anything that was needed. With the help of God and all of us praying, they found us the perfect home. A beautiful ready to move into home the perfect size for us. I do believe she was used to make a miracle happen. My husband and I could not be happier.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I lived in Pennsylvania and were looking at houses in Georgia. Stephanie contacted a real estate agent in Georgia who was a bit bossy and demanded proof of money to buy a home along with other requests. We were working with an abrasive real estate agent trying to find our dream house. Our real estate agent (who was selling our house) in Pennsylvania recommended Alicia Day at Exp Realty…and thank goodness. The difference was night and day. Alicia rearranged her entire schedule for us to travel to Georgia and look at houses. We looked at 4 beautiful houses in Southern Georgia. We absolutely loved the Southern Hospitality in Georgia as we don’t seem to see as much hospitality in Pennsylvania. We love PA – we’re only stating that GA residents seem to be a tad more respectful. Alicia helped us close on our forever home and even helped with some solicited advice. Her and her husband showed us the town and its history – and they even took us to dinner at a local restaurant (their treat).
