Lisa Ciccotelli Real Estate Group (LCG) - Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her group provided exceptional service to sell our house. Lisa is phenomenal in every aspect that I can expect from a seller's agent. Lisa is spot on for the market insight. She made the sharply right pricing and marketing strategy from day one. Lisa guided us through the selling process and helped us make right decisions, including repairs, staging, market timing, pricing. Thanks to Lisa's exceptional work, our house found the right buyer, and it was sold in just two days with multiple offers at a price well above my expectation. This is regarding the buying process (google does not allow me to post two reviews): Lisa made it possible for us to buy a home in the highly competitive Lower Merion market. We searched for four months in a price range with strong demand and very limited inventory, and Lisa guided us patiently and strategically until we found the right house. What sets Lisa apart is her knowledge, judgment, and responsiveness. She knows Lower Merion street by street and understands the subtle differences between homes and locations. When evaluating a property, she carefully selected the most relevant comps and helped us arrive at a well-supported valuation. She also has an unusually strong understanding of construction, from foundations and basements to materials and building techniques. Lisa is incredibly responsive and resourceful. She connected us with trusted contractors, inspectors, and attorneys and helped us navigate a complicated transaction with creative solutions that protected our interests. Most importantly, Lisa isn't simply trying to make a sale. When she sees a red flag, she tells you not to buy. Her judgment and advocacy made a real difference. We bought a house that I honestly don't think we could have gotten without Lisa. She doesn't just help you buy a house—she changes the outcome.

Fantastic experience: Lisa Ciccotelli and her team of professionals are the players you want on your team. Smart, Diligent, Tactful, and Persistent until the deal is done. When faced with property challenges, they are prepared to resolve and not allowing them to became stumbling blocks. You cannot find a more dedicated team to move your property. Tim Smith

Fantastic experience: The whole process went as they said it would with a terrific final result- sold in two days at more than expected price!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience working with Lisa and her entire team. In an incredibly competitive market, they were knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help us find the right home. They guided us through every step of the process, provided thoughtful advice, and helped us put together a strong offer when we found the home we loved. Their professionalism, communication, and understanding of the local market made a stressful process feel much more manageable. We are extremely grateful for all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her team were awesome to work with! They were very responsive, informative, stood up for what we as clients wanted, and even continued working with us post close to make sure everything was handled correctly. Would definitely work with them again!

Fantastic experience: Working with Lisa, Gwynne, and their team was a complete game changer for us. After trying and failing to sell our townhouse with a previous agent last summer/fall, we knew we wanted to re-list in spring, but came into the process feeling pretty discouraged. Lisa immediately brought a sense of clarity, confidence, and strategy that made it clear we were in good hands. She helped us prep our home, price it appropriately, and generate real momentum. Within just a few days, we had multiple strong offers over asking price, and went under contract with minimal contingencies. Beyond the results, the experience itself was exceptional. Her team took care of everything: arranging staging, cleaners, logistics, and all the little details that can otherwise become overwhelming. We were selling from out of state since we'd already relocated, and the entire process still felt seamless and well-managed - shoutout to the wonderful operations manager, Lynnal, who always kept all the trains running on time and made sure there was never any confusion about what would happen next or what we needed to do. That level of coordination and communication made a huge difference. We truly feel we made the right choice in hiring Lisa's team, and we’re incredibly grateful for the outcome she delivered. If we're ever back in the area looking to buy or sell a home, the Lisa Ciccotelli Group will be our first call!

Fantastic experience: We had an exceptional experience working with Gwynne Barnes and Lynnal Ndimande of the Lisa Ciccotelli Group at Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach. Gwynne did an outstanding job helping us find and secure our home. She listened carefully to what we were looking for, understood both the emotional and financial aspects of the purchase, and guided us with patience, professionalism, and deep market knowledge. Her judgment, responsiveness, and negotiation skills were invaluable throughout the process, and we always felt she was fully aligned with our best interests. Lynnal was equally impressive managing the operational side and coordinating the closing. Her organization, communication, and attention to detail ensured everything moved smoothly and on schedule. She was proactive, calm under pressure, and incredibly helpful in navigating the many moving parts involved in a complex transaction. Together, Gwynne and Lynnal make a fantastic team. They are knowledgeable, professional, highly responsive, and truly care about their clients. We are extremely grateful for their help and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her team are amazing! We recently purchased a new home, after a long search in an extremely competitive market. Lisa was so patient and positive throughout the entire process. She always listened to our needs, while also helping us to consider all the options. The end result is that we recently purchased a new house that we absolutely love! Lisa also helped us to sell our prior home, which went under contract over asking price after two days on the market. Lisa and her team are extremely knowledgeable about all areas of the real estate process, including buying, selling, and negotiations. I am grateful for their expertise and would work with them again without hesitation. I highly recommend Lisa and her team!

Fantastic experience: Lisa, great broker and team, smart, proactive, expert and smooth process.

Fantastic experience: Lisa is absolutely phenomenal. We cannot say enough good things about her and we will never work with any other realtor. She has now guided us through several purchases and sales of our various homes, and she always makes us feel completely safe, supported, and fiercely advocated for. She remembers every single detail, anticipates questions before we even know to ask them, and doesn't let anything fall through the cracks. We trust her judgement completely and we have seen firsthand how knowledgable she is about the market. If you are looking for someone you can trust completely — someone who will fight for you, look out for you, and handle your transaction with integrity and heart — look no further. She is exceptional, and we are beyond grateful to have worked with her.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to the Lisa Ciccotelli Real Estate group and her team for helping me through the process of selling my old home as well as purchasing a new home. Lisa, Lynnal and Gwynne made this journey run smoothly and efficiently and were very helpful with any questions I would have. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home!

Positive experience: Lisa is doing a good job, but she has the skillset to do much better than what she is currently delivering. When I asked her to gather information about a property I’m interested in and to submit an offer, she did not proactively engage with the listing agent. She also failed to persuade or submit a backup offer. During our call, she suggested that I should find another agent if I felt I knew more than her. I did not appreciate that response, as it felt unprofessional and dismissive. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is out of respect for her as a fellow human being. My intention is not to hurt her by giving a 1-star review, but to provide honest feedback with the hope that this will lead to improvement.

Fantastic experience: With Lisa's help, we priced our condo realistically and sold it for 10% over the asking price in a mini bidding war. Lisa and her staff are great communicators and their advice and counsel were spot on. If I were to do it all over again, I would choose her and her firm without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Working with Lisa and her Team made the entire process of selling my home seamless. She took the time to understand my goals and supported me every step of the way. Lisa’s expansive network, reputation, professionalism and knowledge got my home sold at rapid fire speed. Lisa’s Team took care of all operational issues, making the entire experience efficient and easy for me. I will absolutely be using her when I am ready to purchase a new home! If I could give her 6+ stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: We’re so grateful to have had Lisa on our side throughout the home-buying process. As first-time buyers with absolutely no idea what we were doing, we felt completely supported and confident thanks to her guidance. She was always there to answer every single one of our (many!) questions, no matter how small. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable and professional, she’s also warm, trustworthy, and an absolute joy to work with. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Lisa, Gwynne & the team saved the day!!!! After a grueling 6 months of trying to sell our home, these super women were able to sell it in just a weekend. I will be forever grateful to them for going above & beyond the call of duty. This team has a unique chemistry of not only providing expert professional help, but also true friendship. Chris & I are spreading the news! You are the best! Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish, buying and selling, Lisa and her team were on top of every detail and made it feel very easy to manage. I would certainly call it concierge service. I have already recommended her to multiple friends and will continue to do so. Choosing her was the best first decision in the new home process.

Fantastic experience: What an incredibly smart team!! Lisa approached my husband and I with confidence in how to list and stage with the hopes of selling and closing in our quick timeline! Excellent communication with other agents and us. Listed on a Monday and sold 4 days later at $80,000 over asking price! Highly recommend Lisa and her team to anyone in need of a realtor who will get the job done!!

Fantastic experience: Lisa helped my family and I find an our perfect home on the mainline in an incredibly hard buyers market. Lisa is savvy, smart, highly responsive and experienced. But what I really appreciated is lisa was all business she was friendly enough and not too pushy. I have bought and sold many homes before. Overall I would recommend lisa and her team to anyone looking on the mainline.

Fantastic experience: We had difficulty selling our home before we met Lisa and Gwynne. Then we met Lisa and Gwynne and they proceeded to sell our home for a great price in one weekend. That’s the business aspect of our relationship with Lisa and Gwynne but the personal relationship and truly caring attention that they gave us is what made the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home possible and fulfilling. They literally saved us from a very tough time. I have been engaged in the legal business for 40 years and have seen many realtors and been involved in many transactions and can unequivocally say that they are the best team I have ever seen. If you are looking to sell your home or to buy a new home you would be lucky to have Lisa and Gwynne as your Realtors!! We love you guys!

Fantastic experience: We had a phenomenal experience working with Lisa as our realtor on our recent home purchase. My family and I could not be more grateful to her for moving swiftly and decisively on our behalf, being friendly and warm, and extending herself and her entire office staff to us as her clients. We felt held and cared for from the moment we started working with Lisa until the moment we had the keys to our beautiful new home. Thank you so much Lisa!

Fantastic experience: We finally bought a house! It seemed that we would never find that perfect one for us. But through it all, Lisa kept us on track suggesting different neighborhoods and alternatives. And to our surprise, we found a townhouse in an area that we had not initially considered. One of the best experiences we’ve had selling our home. Jackie Schindler

Fantastic experience: Such in-depth helpful knowledge of the local marketplace, we couldn’t have done it without Lisa Rn team!

Lisa was always available to answer any questions often going above and beyond to nail down estimates on potential work that needed to be done. She was always thinking ahead in terms of houses coming on the market that might be of interest. There was no ball dropped, no “t” left uncrossed, no “I” not dotted. Fantastic experience: Lisa and her associates have been great to work with, negotiating a contract and following through on small problems that inevitably arise after closing.

Fantastic experience: Lisa and Kim were absolutely fantastic in every meaning of the words. We knew that when we connected with Lisa that she would find us the house of our dreams in a historically terrible market for buyers. She also helped one of my friends win a bid on a very competitive home. She was reachable in the very early morning and very late at night. She responds to texts and emails within seconds. She was constantly thinking of us with quiet and coming soon listings. Kim was also incredibly helpful to turn around paperwork quickly. I cannot think of a better group. I am confident that if we did not go with Lisa Ciccotelli, we would have missed the opportunity to have the home of our dreams for a good price and would still be renting. She has my highest recommendation!

Fantastic experience: If you’re lucky enough to have them sell your house, you have just won the house lottery! Lisa, Gwynne, and Kim were my Charlie’s Angels! They are fierce, steadfast and extremely knowledgeable of the market. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted for my house! They helped me through a near nervous breakdown as my husband decided to power wash our roof a day before the open house! They possess the midas touch. Thank goodness we have amazing women like them on this planet.

Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely excellent experience working with Gwynne and Lisa. Very happy with the process start to finish of finding and buying a home. Additional challenges for us were moving from out of state, and an extremely competitive market. They helped us through it all expertly and we’re thrilled with our new home.

Fantastic experience: 6 stars! Can't say enough great things about the entire team and process selling our home. The amount of time they spent walking us through everything, follow up, resourcefulness and above all professionalism is second to none. They are extremely thorough and spare no expense when it comes to listing and showing your property where many other agencies cut corners: They did an immediate open house, professional photographer, extra leg work with utility companies, and many other little things. I own several properties and have been through this experience with numerous agents (mainly in NY) but they are the only ones I will use in PA. (Would use them in NY if they were an option!!) Their service blows the rest I have worked with out of the water. You can't go wrong, use them!!

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, Lisa made the process as seamless and easy as possible with her and her teams attentiveness and diligence. Highly recommend for your home buying needs.

Fantastic experience: Lisa's group sold our home in downtown Philadelphia. They truly went the extra mile throughout the entire process. Lisa's partners Gwynne and Kim were always available and super responsive at all hours of the day, including direct personal contact. The listing of our property included a beautiful series of photographs, virtual tour, and online marketing campaign, and an easy-to-use online system to schedule and control showings/tours of the property. They honored all the fine details including hand sanitizer and masks and booties during the omicron wave of covid-19 pandemic in the peak of winter. We had immense interest in our property and had an offer within a day of listing. On the day of settlement they went above and beyond in compiling and filing city deed paperwork requested by the buyer. Cannot recommend highly enough you will be hiring the best with this group!

Fantastic experience: Another fantastic experience - thank you team!

Fantastic experience: Lisa's team is very professional. From the initial presale staging, to the lengthy processes leading to closing after the house is under contract, everything is prompt and to the point. Lisa has been a joy to work with. Her knowledge of the market is very deep and I trust her suggestions all the time. Our move to another side of town was a chancy one. We didn't plan it, only made decision because a great house in a great location happened to show up to the market. So there were a lot of scrambling on all fronts. We've been lucky to have Lisa and pulled through the very stressful four months with very satisfying results.

Fantastic experience: Lisa is a top notch realtor! And behind every top notch realtor is a fantastic team. When you work with Lisa, you get her valuable years of experience and a great team that supports you through each step of selling your home! If you want a good home sale with great support, then Lisa and her team are the best for you!

Fantastic experience: We have been working with Lisa and her team for the past 2 years or so. We’ve viewed more homes than I can count and her team was always so responsive and helpful with our house hunt: Like so many others in this crazy market, we were having a hard time being able to get our offers accepted on homes we were interested in. Right as we decided to pause on the house hunt, a home we loved came on the market and Lisa was able to negotiate us getting it without having to deal with a bidding war. Her and her team also helped us successfully list and sell our current home and receive over 30 offers. We would definitely recommend using this team if you are looking to buy or sell your home...they will get the job done!

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her team did an amazing job marketing and selling my condo in West Chester. I could not be happier with my experience. I had a “good” and “great” number in mind that I wanted to get for my condo. Lisa and her team did an amazing job advising me on their strategy and my options. They were able to sell my home for more than what I was considering to be my “great number”! The Lisa Ciccotelli Group was able to make a typically stressful process basically effortless and stress free for me. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone buying and/or selling a home.

Fantastic experience: Lisa helped us buy our 'forever home' in an incredibly competitive market. She was always available, extremely knowledgeable, got us to in to see houses extremely quickly and helped us negotiate and close the deal when others may have struggled. We felt we were always in good hands, she wasn't ever pushy but will give you her honest opinion. Even great with kids! Highly recommend Lisa and her whole team.

Fantastic experience: Everything was done in a timely manner and correctly. Not much more to ask for!

Fantastic experience: Lisa and her team were amazing to work with. Unlike some other realtor teams where you get handed off to an associate, Lisa was always in touch and never more than a call or text away. Her knowledgable staff prepared everything for a stressless listing and closing.

Fantastic experience: We have used Lisa multiple times - both for buying and selling simply because she is THE best. We recommend her to everyone. She’s smart, thorough, loyal, open, straightforward, talented, and knows exactly what needs to be done to optimize the best deal for her clients. Fantastic experience: Lisa & team were professional, very quick to respond, schedule, and help push the process forward. Made buying a home FUN!
