Fantastic experience: I'd absolutely give Mary five stars and more if I could! Working with her was an amazing experience from start to finish. Buying a home can be overwhelming especially as a first time buyer, and there were times when I was ready to settle. But Mary never let me give up or settle for a house she knew wasn't going to be my forever home. She believed I could find something better, even when I wasn't so sure myself. She truly had my best interests at heart and was always looking out for me instead of just trying to make a sale. She was always there to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks to her guidance, I ended up with my forever home. We couldn't be happier. Mary was such a blessing and I will be forever grateful to have had her as my realtor and now friend!

Fantastic experience: Mary is not your average realtor. She does not do bare minimum. She went above and beyond to sell our house for us. As we were out-of-state during the sale, she took initiative and checked on things at the house as they came up (she even mowed our lawn!) without being asked. Fantastic experience: I can’t even begin to explain what a pleasure it was to work with Mary. She took time explaining everything to me as far as the selling and buying side of properties go. She was efficient and always got back to me quickly. She even took time to help me when she was on a family trip with my house sale! Fantastic experience: My husband & I have been through QUITE the process to find & buy our first home. We took the process step by step, unfortunately at first with someone else as we didn’t know Mary yet. With the first agent we worked with the process was long, trying and stressful. My brother and sister in law worked with Mary and told us she’s awesome and give her a call. My husband and I decided to do just that. Within a matter of days of contacting and switching to Mary she got us in touch with our mortgage lender (Steve @ Mortgage 1 who is also awesome) and we got our pre-approval, she sent us houses and got us showings, and our offer accepted. All in less than a week! Mary made sure our offer was aggressive enough we didn’t have to compete with other buyers but also reasonable for us as the buyer especially considering the market. I started in fall of 2022 but with the market as it was, I decided to take a break and start again in late spring of 2023. Mary was very patient with me and explained things thoroughly as there was a lot I didn't know or didn't remember from buying my prior home 14 years ago. Mary is very responsive to phone calls, texts, and social media messages. If there is a question or issue, she is right on it. I purchased a condo, and she got back to me with information from The HOA in a very fast manner as well as clearing up some issues with the home lender.
