Living in another state, ALMOST 2 states away seems like a difficult way to deal w/selling a home. However, Jim Pena, our realtor and Lexi, over the documentation, helped us a lot. A heads up from our experience, if you have questions, never be afraid to ask them! If you have concerns, they're ready to hear those as well. Whatever your communication style, they are accommodating. Once we got our place cleaned up, with help from some of their connections, our home sold quickly! The real-estate team got all of the documents to us for signing, set up picture taking of the property, and kept us updated along the way. Closing went smoothly as well. If your situation isn't "typical" or maybe it is... either way, no worries! Give them a call and discuss what you need!

Fantastic experience: I cannot even begin to express and communicate the amount of attention to detail, attention to our concerns, the promptness of responses (even after hours) Jim and his team exuded toward my husband and I. We had never sold a property before, and to be frank, I was against getting a realtor again. We had already had our home on the market for nearly a year without it selling. Jim spoke with my husband on his own. I’m so very glad he did! Jim had all his data printed out that reflect current trends, our property worth, an estimated sell time based on the homes in our area, and a lot more. Jim was flat on it. We were contemplating selling well below market value, but Jim advised us not to do that and to wait. I relented and followed my husband’s lead on allowing Jim to be our realtor. Boy am I glad I did! Within a few WEEKS, we had a number of showing, AND our house was under contract! Another month later, and we closed! I really had lost all hope in getting the property sold, but Jim and Alexia made it happen. And Modern Abstract made the transaction flawless. We even had some minor issues with the buyers’ lender, but Jim, Alexia, and Modern Abstract made SURE we were taken care of. It was a stressful time, but we cannot thank Jim and his team enough.
