Negative experience: 75 miles an hour down Round Lake Road on a Saturday morning with magnets all over your red car is unacceptable, unsafe and quite disturbing
Fantastic experience: Absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! Mary Palerino is a rock star. My waterfront double wide in mid Florida lakes was on the market with another realtor for 8 months. Mary sold it in 21 hours!!! She staged it brought in a professional photo crew with drones and really hustled to the point of moving heavy old windows and making it look great. My money was in the bank 3 hours after closing. Do yourself a favor and hire her!!

Fantastic experience: Betty helped us find the perfect place for our second home in Orlando and for our son to stay at while attending UCF. Betty learned what we were looking for and provided us a walk through and scheduled for us to look at when we came down. She also kept us well informed through the process and helped make everything go as smoothly as possible. Then 2-1/2 year later Betty helped us sell our home in 4 days and close on time from over 1200 miles away without blinking an eye. Betty is the best you fine anywhere.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Weichert Realtors! My wife and I went to an open house and lucky for us we met Barbara. She impressed me from the start! Even though the open house we went to wasn't for us, Barbara took the time to hear the things we were looking for and she listened! She said she would send us some options that night. This was on a Saturday. I really wasn't expecting anything. That night Barbara sent us over options that worked perfectly for us. I knew then I wanted her to be my realtor! Barbara helped us find the perfect house within 5 days. We made an offer and it was accepted! This was awesome! The next thing we had to do was sell our house. We hired Barbara to list our home and we are so glad we did! First day on the market we had multiple offers (all offers were to be sent in to be reviewed on Sunday, house was listed on Thursday). We ended up getting a full offer! Barbara went above and beyond for my family! She helped us save money and put us in our dream home! I can't recommend her and the Weichert team enough! Fantastic experience: I selected Weichert to sell my home quite by coincidence. The day I decided to sell, I received one of their advertisements in the mail , I called the number, the person picked up and the rest is history. There rep was pleasant, attentive and took charge of the process. To make a long story short, the sale was completed in a timely manner (just over a month) and all after I had moved to another State.
