Fantastic experience: This past summer, 2022, we were visiting West Plains as we have many times to see the kids and grandkids. Recently retired, we decided to look at property and were thinking of relocating here. We were introduced to Chrissy Collins by a family friend and we couldn't have been happier to have her as our realtor. By the time we got to West Plains, many of the homes we wanted to look at had been sold or were otherwise unavailable. Fantastic experience: Chrissy was and is amazing! Very professional, understanding and very patient in the whole process! Knowing that we were still living out of state and would not be at our property during the Winter months, Chrissy went above and beyond her duties by driving a ways up to our property and placing a small heater inside our Well house so our equipment and pipes wouldn't freeze! Negative experience: Check reviews from 10 mos ago and more recent. *i will put right here at the top that below this, gwen is lying. She did not only talk to my mother, she called me as well, and no my mother was not living alone. I was there. You met me and talked to me multiple times gwen. You dont get to come online and lie. I can edit my review and reply to you. You might like my mom, she is persinable, but neither of us would ever go through you again. This is where my original review began. *The lady Gwen is nuts, and ditzy. She put a lock on the door that NO ONE could get into. She wanted us away from the house for every single showing even though we were still living there. Then once we got moved she was constantly wanting my mother there to unlock the door which is and hour and a half away from our new house. There was even a couple times when people showed up for a scheduled viewing and she didnt even let my mother know. Once a contract is signe, the person has a month to get their stuff and leave. Knowing that my mother is a widow she still called every week trying to push up the closing or asking us if guy could move in early or rent when our stuff was still in the house! She is NOT knowledgeable, and she will NOT give you any privacy or consideration once your house has been placed in their market. I highly recommend using ANYONE else, even if you wanna use the same company just make sure it's her husband and not Gwen that's doing the job.

Fantastic experience: We have been looking for a lake home with a lake view and dock on Bulls Shoals. This is almost an impossible task. Qwen has been patient and attentive. She also went out of her way to network and found us a home that was not in the market. It took quite a bit of finesse in her part to put the deal together but not only did she do it but made sure we had extra bonuses in the sale. I would highly recommend her!

Driving hundreds of miles and spending countless hours showing us properties. During our week here in Missouri we didn't find the house we were looking for, but that didn't stop them.
