Negative experience: Unprofessional Wouldn’t Fix Anything In My Home Felt Discriminated , Tried Blaming Me & Fiancé For Damages That Was There Prior To Move In After She Was Hired 5Months Later By Landlord Lack Of Respect No Concern Of Violating HOA Policy & Tenants Rights , Went Without AC For 6Months Until She Was Hired May 25th To Fix AC For Me & My Child & Fiancé. Had To Buy Own AC Units Cause Landlord Wouldn't Accommodate Those Just Bad Experience With This Business & Lady

Fantastic experience: Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found April Leonard. After making 5 calls to real estate companies in the area, no one called me back or cared that I was a buyers lead. After a search, I found April and she immediately picked up the call and went to work for us. April is beyond knowledgeable of the area (WV, VA, and PA), as well as the various companies/people we needed to work with in order to get our dream house. The buying transaction was less than desirable due to the way in which needed to purchase, however April went above and beyond to ensure we as the buyers did not feel any strain as we worked through a difficult sales process. Fantastic experience: Calling April a blessing is an understatement. We were at the end of our contract (and patience) with another realtor. I had posted in a Facebook group asking for recommendations. Multiple people recommended April, but we were not hopeful after being left jaded by the original realtor. Thankfully, April paid attention to the tagged posts and she did some homework. That afternoon she happened to drive by, leading her to stop and meet my husband. After talking for a while we decided going with April would be best, and it was. Not only did April get us over 45% higher sell than the previous person was trying, but April was helpful, kept us informed during the whole process, listened to us, and worked for us to get our house sold quickly. She always showed up a few minutes before we got to a house to do a walk through before we got there and would show us things she noticed throughout the home.
