Fantastic experience: Zach represented us as both a buyer's agent, and then as a seller's agent. We wanted to take our time choosing our next home, move and then list our existing home. Zach recommended options that allowed us to financially manage the transition. He had good instincts all along the way. He had to manage several conditions that arose in both of our transactions. We appreciated that he presented possible solutions when he advised us of the issues (which included a plan he had already negotiated with the other party's agent). We appreciated having a solution presented immediately, not just hearing of an issue and be left to wonder how it might work out. His problem solving lasted all the way to the closing table at the sale of our existing home. Our buyer had an unforseen issue in a transaction they were closing the morning of our deal. Their agent was rattled and unsure our deal would close that day. Zach outlined a couple options we all had, with our title agent nodding her head in agreement. Neither contingency were required as it all worked out that day (just took a bit longer). Zach has high personal standards and a high level of discipline in his personal life. This serves him well in his professional life. His calm and confident demeanor is reassuring. We highly recommend him!
