Fantastic experience: The gentleman I worked with Josh was very nice and very helpful. He took time out of his schedule to walk the house three times for me. Once at the beginning then when tornados went through and then again when they moved out. Keeping me informed all the way. He was much better than the company that got my old house. I think key did a wonderful job Josh is really knowledgeable about his work.

Negative experience: Worst experience I’ve had with a reality company. Next to zero communication, had to call 10 times just to get ahold of someone, very unprofessional, and will rent a house right out from under you without asking any questions. Terrible company DO NOT RENT OR BUY FROM THEM

Fantastic experience: There are not enough words to describe how awesome Kara Hinshaw and her team are. I first reached out to Kara one year ago and let her know we were a year out before we were ready to start looking. She eased back immediately, but still checked on us monthly. Always asking about our health and our girls, and sent me weekly food for thought . We finally decided to make a move in June. With pre-approval in our hand, Kara asked us both everything we wanted in a house (was a 2 page letter). Although she had set up a showing for 3 houses, she knew which one to take us to first. It had everything we both requested. It was the house before we left, but we felt obligated to see the other two houses. Again, they had everything we asked for, but they were just not as appealing s the first one. The decision was made that night. Kara was with me every step of the way and answered all of my silly questions without hesitation and immediately. The loan process was a breeze, as well as the closing. Kara sat right by our side to make sure we understood everything. Choosing Kara as our realtor was one of the best decisions we ever made. Sorry to make you do that 45 minute drive, but I have already started to and will continue to push your name to everybody I know in Evansville that is looking for a new house. Of course it is bout the sale, but Kara showed true professionalism and empathy throughout the entire process. For Kara, it is more than making the sale. It about making lifelong friends and delivering lasting happiness. David and April Sutton
