Fantastic experience: Gorman Residential was fantastic. Our agent, Chris Gorman, made things incredibly easy for us to sell our home as out of town sellers. When we hired Chris and his team, we expected them to do the usual things listing agents do like marketing the property, scheduling showings, etc. but we also got top notch service when it came to the small things like having someone run over there to check the utilities during the transfer of services, tidying up with things we left at the empty (moved out) house, advice from their designer when we had the interior repainted, referrals for electrical and handyman work, and the list goes on. We had several dozen showing requests the first weekend due to the successful marketing efforts of the team and Chris helped us organize and consider the multiple offers we had. Once we were under contract and management of the closing process was turned over to Samantha Gorman, we barely had to think about anything related to closing as they had everything covered, which made things significantly easier while we were in the midst of our own move.
