Fantastic experience: My girlfriend and I met Jeff almost 2 years ago. We were first time home buyers and were honestly clueless when it came to the home-buying process. Jeff was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very personable. Even with an awful housing market, Jeff never gave up on helping us find the home of our dreams. We looked for about a year and a half and just recently found the perfect home for us. Jeff always made it an extreme effort to be with us in person for every open house even if those days fell on his kid’s birthdays! Fantastic experience: This is the second time that Jeff and his team have helped us through the buying process. Jeff has great experience with the local market, and has a good eye for picking out potential problems and knows who and where to follow up on any side issues that may crop up during the purchasing period. He is a great negotiation coach and helped us with our initial and final offers. We found it useful that he has all the resource people you need to cover the financing, legal, house inspection aspects of property purchase - but does not pressure you to use them if you have your own resources you prefer. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff to my friends and work colleagues when they are looking to buy a house - in fact he has helped 2 of them out already - and they both had similar experiences with him. The property we were looking at was a bit out of town, but Jeff never made it an issue to arrange an inspection and walkthrough at times that suited us and our work schedule - even taking out time from the weekend when it was the only time we had available to view. Throughout the process he would stay in touch, and give us little reminders when certain milestones were coming up - so there were no last minute panics or dramas. We needed information from the sellers agent who was a bit slow to respond, but Jeff was able to go in to bat for us and got the information we needed.
