I had no idea what to do or what was a good price or not and I was able to purchase a 400k home my first home at that for mid-high 300s and Tammy got me over 10,000 dollars in incentives I was able to buy my rate down cover my closing costs and she made it as easy as signing paperwork and moving into my new home. Her husband even went out of his way to help me fix and understand my outlets that. She went above and beyond when I purchased my first home and found me the exact house I wanted. Absolutely amazing I ended up as my first home with a 5 bed 3 bath in the middle of Covid and it’s high prices in an amazing neighborhood with a premium lot and backyard.
