In fact, when I started to waver and considered renting the property instead, they didn't push me toward a sale at all. They immediately provided clear, helpful information on property management options and what I could expect if I went that route. It was during Minnesota winter, and selling a rural property in those conditions seemed daunting. Nick and Brody stepped in and made the entire process effortless. They went above and beyond in every way possible, helping me arrange a handyman for repairs, coordinating waste disposal, and even making sure the propane tank was refilled so we were ready for showings! They never once made me feel like a bother, even when I had a million questions. He had to put a lot more effort and time but was always positive. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Fantastic experience: Nick was fantastic as our realtor! The first phase of us finding a home was looking for an existing home for sale, and Nick was a great help with that process. This was during the most recent tight market (2021), so we had a few homes get sold for cash before we even got to our showing appointments. Nick was still able to get us into showings at homes we were interested in, including one place that booked up entirely before we were even able to submit a request. Thankfully Nick reached out to the seller's realtor and was able to get us a spot when someone else cancelled their appointment. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Eventually we decided to instead build our own home with a builder, and Nick was able to stay with us and be a great resource for that process as well, answering all of our questions and giving us some great advice and insight into the process. Despite me being a person who worries and obsesses over details a lot, Nick never made me feel like I was being too annoying or pestering. I'd highly recommend Nick and Brody to anyone looking to buy or build a home!
