Negative experience: Called this "realtor" up to provide details regarding a property he is selling that I have Power-Of-Attorney over. I literally just had paperwork he needed. Guy became extremely triggered over information I delivered, started SCREAMING and YELLING at me, then hung up on me when I fired back. Then proceeds to harass me via text message all day, demanding an apology from me. I spoke to a potential buyer after this situation and found out Dale is going around LYING to people regarding the property. Absolutely insane behavior from someone supposed to be a professional. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Negative experience: My experience was horrible with this company! My takeaway from the experience was: Realtors and sellers try to control where someone lives! If a seller doesn’t wish for their home to be purchased by someone, the realtors will go to any lengths to do just that. Also, displaying houses that are in Pending status for over 3 months, and even longer is just another ploy for these real estate companies and sellers to control where someone can live! I’m not surprised with it occurring in Leesville/DeRidder!

So when I got in contact with her about blocking my driveway she said she needed a picture of the house ok understand that but there space on the side road to park. Then she got completely rude and was like everything is about you and all that. I won’t do business with them if that how they treat people. The realtor was Molly Hoskins

Negative experience: When listing house, agent told my husband he should have it sold within a month. Well, we did not know he was going to be running in a campaign and our house was on back burner. Totally disgusted with them. House has been on market over 3 months!!

Negative experience: They operate the Green Acres Plaza. I have heard a number of complaints about how they keep up the apartments. The laundry mat available for the apartments generally has one or two washers and/or dryers that work. Everyone pays $50 to water and some people do NOT use that much water even if they had a dishwasher and washing machine which none of the apartments come with a easher/dryer hook up and no dishwasher, took them almost half a year to replace the oven in one apartment, told the lady they were going to take one out of a unit to replace hers and she told them no; good for her, took them 3 months to fix a toilet, people who live in the top apartments do not get the notifications printed out by Exit on general information about the apartments such as pest control etc.

Negative experience: If I could give them NO STARS I would because they are crooks. They allowed CONVICTS to move into our $200,000+ home. Did not perform a background check. They NEVER completed inspections, took them 4 months to EVICT our renters as they were not paying their rent. Then, told us that there were only a couple nail holes and a cabinet that needed fixing and that it was "great considering they had an English bulldog". Well, we NEVER authorized the renters to have a pet. Then, we (a military family), head into town to visit family and decided to walk thru the house. IT WAS TRASHED...I'm talking THOUSANDS of DOLLARS in damage....and the best part, THEY HAD BEEN SHOWING THE HOUSE IN THIS CONDITION TO POTENTIAL RENTERS! And now they say none of this is their fault...Needless to say, they have been fired and we have hired a lawyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS. Sad part...their office is literally around the block from our home. They could have walked here to complete inspections. Reporting them also to the BBB and Fort Campbell's Housing Office to hopefully get them blacklisted. Military families, don't let them screw you like they screwed us.
