This last round of house hunting, he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Fantastic experience: Annie Vecziedins was FANTASTIC to work with! We decided to look at moving in the middle of the summer, and with a call to Annie we were able to hit the ground running. She helped us prepare to list and sell our house, while also helping us navigate making offers in housing market that was moving very quickly. We felt that her attention to detail and communication was excellent. We never felt that we were bothering her with questions. She explained every step of the process throughly and we were able to enjoy the process of buying and selling! In just about two months, we successfully closed on our new home which we are thrilled about and we sold ours quickly (and at a price we were very happy with)! Fantastic experience: I really wish I could give more than 5 stars! I went into the house buying process not knowing pretty much anything about it, but when we met with Nick, he walked us through what the entire process would look like step by step and made it so easy to understand. Not only is Nick one of the nicest people I have ever met, but he is so knowledgeable about all aspects of the home buying process. He knew what to look for when we were at showings and was always honest when we asked for his opinion. She over-communicated when there were developments and continually asked how she could help to make the process less stressful for us. Once the sale had completed, she kept checking in to make sure we had a positive experience settling into our home and integrating into the city. Fantastic experience: The wife and I needed to sell her childhood home in Grand Rapids and we live in another town. I thought this would be challenging until we contacted Karl Menzies. In our first contact with Karl over the phone he indicated that he could handle the sale for us and got the address and the particulars of the house. We set up a date to visit with Karl at the house. Karl was on time and had done his homework. He had researched what the house could sell for and gave us comparative listings. Karl was very empathetic to her feelings of selling her childhood home. Karl informed us to what the selling process would be like and a timeline with target dates. Karl arranged for the final cleaning, dumpster rental and other tasks that needed to be done. Karl even cleaned the garage out on a weekend to help us stay on schedule. The house sold when and for the price he said it was worth. Karl did a superb job of communicating with us during the entire process. He is honest and hard working. The one thing we got right was calling Karl when we determined we should sell the property.
