Fantastic experience: Sonya Walker!!! Superstar! It is purely by luck that Sonya showed us the first house we looked at on this journey. THANK the UNIVERSE for that chance meeting because I wouldn’t ever want any other realtor, and here’s why. First of all she’s adorable with her big smile and “unicorn hair!” She has a friendly, down to earth personality to match. But do not be fooled! . She is tenacious, insightful, smart and has the passion it takes to succeed. From first house to close, we worked together for quite some time. My fiance and I changed directions a few times in the type of house we were looking for, and honestly, we were super picky. Fantastic experience: Ahmad Charif Ahmad isn’t just a realtor—he’s the Lebanese ninja you want in your corner when life gets complicated. I was skeptical the whole time, not because of Ahmad, but because I have seriously bad luck and figured something would go wrong. Honestly, it was kind of an accident that I ended up with him. After my first realtor, someone from his company called me back and somehow just knew Ahmad was the right fit for me. They could tell I needed someone with patience, who could handle my energy, and who would let me speak freely. Ahmad understood what I was going through and kept an eye out for the perfect house, knowing I didn’t have it in me to keep searching. He knew how much I wanted this, but more importantly, how much I needed it. We joked around all the time, and because we could laugh and be real, I knew Ahmad was my people.. Fantastic experience: I recently bought a house in Fall River Ma and could not have done it without the help of Sherri King. Going into the start of the process I was instantly at ease knowing I could ask Sherri any question I had, even during non business hours and she would always pick up the phone. Now matter how small (and honestly in retrospect) how silly...she's there for you. She never judges, she always spins things positively and for the better. During the downs that one naturally has during a house hunt Sherri insisted it was just not the right house for us. Boy was she right! Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Scott on two different transactions. The first, he was the buyer’s agent for a property I was selling. The second, I hired him as my agent as my wife and I were looking for our dream home. I’ll tell you what, if you’re looking for someone who will get you what you want, Scott is your man. I cannot speak highly enough of how impeccable of a job he does. Scott is the best, most transparent, open and honest realtor. He is extremely thoughtful, caring and considerate! When I was selling my land and he was the buyer’s agent, he fought hard for them to get what they wanted at the price they wanted all while retaining a level of decorum and respect. Scott is a bull - in a good way. He fights hard for his clients. I was so impressed with him that after we sold the land to his clients, I called him up and asked him to be my realtor. We gave Scott a very specific and detailed list of what we wanted in our dream home and boy did he deliver. He has such a way of negotiating that he was able to get us more than what we wanted and we got it under asking! Buying a house can be very stressful but Scott led us through the whole process. He keeps you at the forefront of his mind, he reaches out to you often, he is very communicative, he has your best intentions at heart and he isn’t afraid to tell you what you need to hear - believe me you will thank him for this when you get your dream house. Scott did not lead us astray but instead lead us to our dreams. Scott even sent us thoughtful birthday, anniversary, and congratulations cards. Fantastic experience: 5 stars does not do Sherri King justice, there should be 6- or 7-star reviews, because she makes whatever you expect from a 5-star realtor and takes it to another level. I am very picky when it comes to realtors, as I have let go several in the past, so I write this review as a person who is skeptical of anyone that is commissioned based. What makes Sherri different? 1. She actually is not lying when she says that she loves what she does. 2. She goes waaayyy over what is expected of anyone in this this line of work.3. She is strength-based and makes what seems impossible- become possible. Debbie is an all star that took the time to talk with me on what I was looking for in a home and more importantly, what I was not looking for. Where Debbie really stood out is in her communication.
