Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with Meagan Vann to purchase our forever home in Springtown TX. From the beginning she was enthusiastic about finding us exactly what we were looking for and provided us with sound advice and insight throughout our search for the perfect home right through close. At no point did we feel like she was not on the ball. She was engaged and worked closely with the mortgage loan officers we were dealing with and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Our experience with Meagan was exceptional and we remained impressed and extremely pleased with level of service we received. Buying a home can be a very stressful time, but she made it so easy from the very beginning all the way through to close (and beyond). Her can-do/will-do attitude and professionalism allowed her to maintain constant contact with our loan officer and greatly contributed to our experience and a very smooth transaction. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience. She was an absolute SUPER STAR and went above and beyond to make our dream home a reality.

Thanks to Megan what could have been a stressful experience turned into an enjoyable and although I changed my mind not to sell my home, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and hard-working realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.

Negative experience: I have never had a realtor company not return a phone call. I have several homes and was looking to purchase a home located in Edgewood, I called the office located in Canton and left a message for the agent to call me with the home information. She never called, I called and spoke to a different agent a few days later. She was very nice and answered most of my questions, but I was suppose to hear back a few days later. I never received another call, and I didn't call back because, well, if they want the sell then they should show some interest and return phone calls. Worst realtor I have ever come in contact with. I sure hope they can get it together before losing other potentional customers. I don't know if it is the same for the other offices, but the Canton, TX office made a really bad impression for the entire company.

Fantastic experience: Mike is the man. I really had a great experience with him regarding Van Zandt property realty. He was pleasant, responsive and helpful. Five stars.

Fantastic experience: My review today is a LONG time coming!! It is for Lizzie Hentschel, a phenomenal realtor at Exit Realty Pro in Canton, Texas. Lizzie and I met initially because I had requested to see one of the homes Exit Pro had listed. Although I didn't care for that particular home, Lizzie didn't stop there! I felt like Lizzie just "got" me. She understood what I was looking for and my price range. I've dealt with realtors in the past who, although I may've told them what I could afford, they showed me homes at MUCH higher price ranges. I REALLY appreciated Lizzie staying in my comfort zone with price and size of homes! Lizzie is the sweetest most kind person. I honestly believe that she's one of God's angels here on earth! After we found my dream home and closed, Lizzie's generosity didn't stop there. Heck, she even offered her husband to come take care of some minor fixes that showed up on the inspection (I know she was only kidding about having her husband help!). If you're looking for a realtor who "gets" you, is kind, sweet and down to earth, Lizzie Hentschel is your realtor!! Her hard work and dedication are top notch!!

Negative experience: These people basically sold my property for nothing after a forced receivership with their partner in crime (my laywer)! Apparently the house was sold months ago! Mortgage still hasn’t been paid off and are not even aware! Shady shady shady!

Negative experience: I hired Kim Martin with Exit to sale my land. I want to say she did a much better job than Bob Reese with re/max, but they could not get it sold. Bob Reese struggled with everything other than writing the listing agreement. Which seems more common these days. Anyways I wanted a 90 day listing, but they fought for the full 180 days, and I relented. I think this was a big mistake. A property like mine takes a little outside the box thinking and dedication. The first 90 days went pretty well, but the second 90 days was a total fall off. The brokerage lost contact with me and it felt closer to being in a political battle than a proper fiduciary relationship. All and all I think they could do a lot better if the lead broker helped their agents significantly with contract to close. Once we had an offer, they seemed completely lost. We could not even get a counter situation going, or have a proper Hud-1/settlement statement written. When an offer was on the table, they cut contact, and Instead just gave up. Almost felt like they worked for the buyer. They did not even know the fee schedule for their preferred title company?!?! I did not receive a call as the listing ended. In all honesty as an ex broker in DFW, I think I would of received a lawsuit if I handled an offer this way. However they did MUCH better than Bob Reese and Re/Max. So that is a plus if you are choosing an agent. Also Any agents who read this We will be re-listing with a 5% buyers agent commission for full price offers. 201 VZ County Road 4700. 2-5 acres. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Exit realty. Mike and Debbie are the best. They are so plugged in to the canton community and give and do so much! Mike helped us with the purchase of our home in canton. He went above and beyond and makes you feel like you’re his only client. They treat you like family! Thankful for our experience and will continue to use them.

Negative experience: I called this afternoon to inquire about a home that has been on the market 6+ months. The rent has even been lowered twice, I know because I've kept an eye on this house. Well when I spoke to the lady on the phone to ask questions about what they need and how to qualify , since our lease is up this month, she was extremely rude to me. She did not answer any questions. She just kept telling me to pay the $50 application fee and let the computer figure it out. She spoke to me like I was beneath her or a second class citizen. Then to get me off the phone she proceeded to tell me that today is rent day and she has people knocking on the door and hung up. The funny part is I was transferred to her by another employee so someone else in the office could have collected the rent while I finished asking questions. Glad to know now how they treat potential renters. I'd hate to deal with her every month or when something breaks. She was horrible!!!!

Fantastic experience: Wow!!!!! Kelley Vessels is a heck of realtor. Met him about 2 years ago and his patience finally paid off for us. Over the course of those 2 years or so he slowly spammed my email (in a good way) with listings. His patience and knowledge of rural property allowed us to find our dream location that suits our needs. He never once said that the perfect piece of property doesn't exist. Kelley believes that the perfect place to call home is out there and he will find it! But we do know that Kelley didn't do it all by himself, he has a great team that definitely has his back. Thanks again Kelley for your dedication and patience!!!!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know much about the brokerage but one of the agents, Debbie Wold, was great and I would highly recommend to anyone selling their home. I didn’t know who to turn to when selling our home but I did want a big brokerage local to our town. Everyone I knew recommended someone different and I ended up going with Wold as someone who seemed very responsive both to me and other home buyers/agents. Glad I did.

They are down to earth and friendly. During the process EXIT not once came off as impatient or that their commission was their top priority. The years of experience show through in their knowledge and professionalism. They were honest and direct on what we needed to get our home sale-ready and listed. EXIT will have your back. Their network is large, so you will have no trouble getting your house plenty of views. I've already recommended them to two neighbors and now I'm recommending them to anyone curious if EXIT is someone they want to work with. Based on other reviews, my experience is their standard. And if you trust dog's judge of character over people's, our dogs both loved them. So you know they are good people. 10/10.
