Fantastic experience: We had never sold a house before! We really didn't realize what all would be involved. Monica answered all our questions, and gave us good advice. She knows the local market. She was honest and diplomatic in the suggestions she made for doing some painting and minor repair work before listing the house. After she had explained clearly how doing so could have a positive effect on the sale price of the house, she left the final decisions up to us. She was very patient with us, as it took us a LOT longer than we thought it would to sort through and pack everything in the house, move, and get our house ready to sell. During the process we had more and more questions, and Monica was always willing to take time to talk things over. All the staff are very helpful and professional. The photos taken by the photographer for the listing really helped showcase the best features of the house, and we believe all of this is why our house sold quickly. We were very satisfied.

Negative experience: Service was decent. Agent spelled my name wrong in communications constantly. Went weeks without updates about what was happening with my sale. The original pictures that were taken were awful, the ones taken to replace them weren't much better. Never did she post the shots I asked showcasing the hard work put in on my deck. All in all I would not recommend Stephanie Gray. I did get what I asked, but not because of her.

Negative experience: We want to sell 23 acres outside of Byesville. We called re-max over 2 weeks ago. She said she would do a drive by, run some comps and get back to us. We never heard from her again. Time to call another company!
