Fantastic experience: I had found some properties in the Moapa Valley and drove the 1300 mile round trip to go see them. I was very impressed with the real estate office and was assigned to Ana Houchen for my realtor. However when some of my questions came up Clea also jumped in to help me get the answers. Being a small town country boy at heart I fell in love with the town. Unfortunately the properties both needed far too much work to even begin to make them usable. Ana did take me to the property I was most interested in twice to finally get to see it all. It was a multiple listing with very little information available and took her many calls to get answers from the listing agent that was in Las Vegas. She also did the same for the second property I was interested in. I have found looking at property in remote areas there just are not local realtors and the listing agents far away are not very interested in traveling that far, especially for the price range I was looking at. Clea's is a true local real estate company and I would definitely recommend them. They followed through getting me all the answers and kept in contact with me so I knew just how hard they were trying.It did not seem to matter what time of day, if I reached out with a question I always received an immediate response back.Quite a change from others I had dealt with in other areas that either took up to a week or never responded at all.I will continue to watch for the new listings in the area and will be back again to have them help me with a property purchase if I can just find what I want in the area.
