Negative experience: After asking for my home preferences, Michelle ignored my response, which is a red flag. It showed me a lack of professional communication and fiduciary duty. And for that, I do not recommend Michelle's services or LACK of.

She helped me achieve my grooming business goals, and just six months later, she helped make another dream a reality—owning my home by the lake. Lucy is not only a true professional, but also someone who genuinely cares about her clients. My family and I are incredibly grateful for all the support, guidance, and dedication she has provided throughout this journey. She was there through the good & bad, and we had some challenges but she stuck it out with us and was so patient and calm (even when we were not). Fantastic experience: We were home shopping from Chicago and Michelle and team went above and beyond to show us homes in a way that enabled us to save money on flying down to see each one. Michelle would FaceTime tour the house with us, while her husband, who has a contracting background, would make detailed narrated videos to send to us separately with mentions about red flags or things we should get inspected should we decide to move forward. I know that is not standard, but they did it for us because they cared! They were very candid when something did not look like a good buy for us. We appreciated that they weren't out just to make a sale. They really cared about us finding a good fit. They came recommended to me from a family member, and I would definitely recommend them to any other family or friends.

The contract had some unusual details due to a land lease agreement and this confuses many realtors and buyers. It had the potential to be very time consuming with buyers who weren’t truly qualified. Causing deals to fall through an Hearts to be broken. Paperwork should’ve been checked. P.S… Now we are at the 2 Month mark and Karen will not answer the simple questions:: What is the one and only paint color throughout the house so we do touch up from moving in. Thanks ladies.. That’s a Pro!
