He had great business recommendations to do punch list repairs and inspections and was able to expedite work I needed to get done during the busy summer season. Fantastic experience: Joyce Rowlands at Lewith and Freeman is an exceptional realtor! This home sale wasn’t an ordinary transaction. The home and barn were part of a larger parcel that needed to be subdivided prior to the sale. There were three owners who all needed to be part of every decision process. Joyce aided us with every part of process from the beginning by taking new pictures, aerial video, and revamping the entire listing! Those changes brought many interested buyers to the property to for showing and the key buyer who understood it would be a quick sale. Joyce Rowlands continued to go above and beyond by making calls on our behalf, negotiating with the buyers because the subdivision took so long to complete, and meeting with inspectors. She was consistently professional, proactive to our benefit, and kind and helpful. Joyce was respectful of our time and the time needed to have 3 people agree on things. Negative experience: The realitor we had was double dipping she had a FHA loan people looking to buy our house, let them in to fix a few things she said they Destroyed the front of our house did absolutely nothing she had it on the market and off twice! Wanted us to meet her at Mays in Berwick to give her a blank check! Left garage from these people outside our house, after we just cleaned up the garage outside, My husband told her how are people allowed in before closing she said your not the realitor I am!
