Fantastic experience: My realtor Ivan Mollov was excellent. He was always updating us with new listings in the area and price range we were looking for. We went to several house showings with him, and he gave us real and honest opinions on the houses, and what he thought were pluses and what to be careful of. It was never about just selling us a house. He was always concerned about our happiness with the purchase now and in our future. He truly cared that we got a good deal and a great home. Negative experience: Their assosiciate Cynthya Velazquez was texting while backing out of a parking spot in a company vehicle and almost ran over my boyfriends foot. Then proceeded to roll down her window and start problems with us claiming we jumped in front of her car and that she owns the business so that way we wouldn’t call her Office. She is rude and incoherent, and the coorperate office will be hearing from me 8:30 am sharp.

Fantastic experience: As a first time home buyer, I went into this process with no idea what I was doing. Thankfully I had someone on my team who did. Mrs. Perez was on top of any question as had. This process isn’t an easy one but she makes it look so. She is a “go getter”! As a client, I highly recommend her for any serious home buyers.
